Friendly staff who can assist tourists in finding the best way to travel throughout the city. The room is kept clean every day. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities, very easy to use and no waiting time. Excellent location, close to everything within walking distance, and local transport brings you back fairly close to the hostel highly recommended

From the man behind the receptionist we got a very friendly welcome. Good explanation of the location, room cleaning and towels. The rooms were also very clean. Even at our arrival the air was on. Very nice stay for the price!.

Our room was secure for three nights. This area is located in an excellent position. It's simple to stroll through the Gothic neighborhood on foot. If I'm honest, I might not have felt secure walking around the neighborhood alone at night. However, we were just fine with my husband around. The personnel were really helpful, they replaced our card key for no additional charge when we lost it one day. After I went through the reception, I was concerned about checking in after reception, but once I found the hotel, check-in was relatively simple! The door's sign can be easily overlooked. The ceiling is so high that everything seems to echo. Because a lot of people have to enter the hallway to access the shared bathroom, it was difficult to open and close the room doors quietly, and we were constantly woken up by them.

The location is in the heart of the old town. The room was a double, but fairly small, with a shoe rack, some hanging space for clothes, but no wardrobe. There was not much room to move around because we had to keep our clothes in our luggage and on the floor. The receptionist is only until 11 p.m., but there is oh support from their nearby hostel, and the place is clean and comfortable, with decent furniture. There are no dining facilities other than free coffee, tea, and mineral water, so consider eating out on a budget. Wifi was also a little slow and intermittent. Overall, a decent budget guest house and wed be happy to stay here again the next time.

The very nice little spot is simple and yet so simple and sufficient. This hotel has a great location three blocks from La Ramble and has very clean shared restrooms! We stayed for three nights, including the night when the est was full of jetlag. We really like the exposed old stone details.
