I would absolutely recommend Berate Paso de Gracia and look forward to our next stay. In April on our third attempt, we came, but couid and passport wrangle had previously delayed us, but berate was incredibly accommodating to our constantly changing plans. We carefully selected our location. Weve lived in Barcelona for many years and knew we wanted to be close to Gracia but also have easy access to transportation links. Barcelona is busy, which is one of the things we love about it, but our apartment was a real escape. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a deluxe suite on the first level. The suite was tastefully furnished and did not feel like a hotel room. Our son has a number of food allergies, so we needed to be able to cook on site. The apartment had everything we required. The beds were possibly the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on, we even took note of the manufacturer! And as our rooms faced the Paso de Gracia, our sleep was completely unaffected. There was a lovely terrace, but unfortunately, the rainy weather did not induce us outside to sample it, which was a shame. Ramon and Clarissa deserve special praise from the staff.

It was wonderful for us as first-time visitors to Barcelona. When we arrived late on Sunday, they were having a problem with the building's front door, but that was the only issue we encountered. Although the kitchen area was very limited and clean, the apartment and the building were extremely quiet at night. It's in a beautiful, historic building in the Gracia neighborhood, about a 12-minute stroll from Plaça de Catalina. The staff was particularly enthusiastic and accommodating.. They didn't make up our room at all while we were there, so we believed that this should have been included for the cost we spent.

This review will be a peculiar grade. The apartment looked clean with good furniture, a comfortable bed, and a small balcony overlooking a lovely tree lined street. Everything outside appeared fine. We traveled with two other couples, so we had 3 separate apartments. Unfortunately, we were assigned apartment 101. We were exhausted when we arrived, so we were ecstatic to have a place to get some much needed rest as tours were scheduled for every day we stayed. As soon as we entered the apartment it had and still had an unusual, persistent, and unpleasant smell even after we opened both large doors leading to the little balcony. We purchased air freshener and sprayed every morning before leaving for the day and when we returned at night. It didn't help for very long. Our friends were in apartments 204 and 304, but their apartments had no discernable or unusual scents. The main entrance and elevator also had strange odors, but we were just passing through them. So, if you choose to stay at this be your partner, whatever you do, don't accept apartment 101. Again, great position, an appealing street, a well-planned layout, with a nice bathroom and shower.

We had a wonderful time in be mate! Our apartment, which had a balcony overlooking the main road, made us feel very at ease. The employees significantly assisted us in planning our trips to the city and recommended a pair of delicious tapas restaurants. With the wonderful weather that we had, we were able to enjoy their terrace upstairs! Without a doubt, we'll return!.

I stayed with my family for 5 days, great service, their staff went out of their way to satisfy our needs, convenient location shopping and many different restaurants. Highly recommended.
