Las habitaciones son mejores que las expectativas de las fotos, muy limpias y geniales para ir con niños. El spa chulísimo y la piscina también. Lo único a mejorar con las zonas comunes, que han quedado de otra época. Pero el personal del restaurante muy amable. Por el precio que ofrecen la media pensión está genial para visitar todo el norte con cena y habitaciones limpias y bonitas.

Hotel, the pool with a lot of sunbeds and the gardens with all the flowers, palms and everything were really nice. Also the location is really nice, only park the car is sometimes pretty hard. What was definitely worse was the food, we were excepting much more from 4 star hotel in Europe, quality of the food was really poor. I don't mind the small selection, but I thin the quality is important. Even we had all inclusive, we went to eat several times outside to the city. We had the cheapest room, but I still at least excepted to change our towels. This never happened and we stayed there 5 nights! Only 2 sockets in the room and one of them worked only sometimes, another one in bathroom, so charge the phones, laptop and other things we needed to be able to work, was little bit challenging. It's little bit sad because this hotel has a great potential. But stuff was really nice. Fortunately we are really easy going persons so we enjoyed the stay here anyway, even without clean towels, but next time we will probably stay in another hotel.

Me gustó que tiene actividades durante todo el día. Es cierto que eché de menos más enchufes en la habitación y alguna que otra actividad más para el adulto. Por lo demás, todo fantástico 😊.

Kjempefint sted å ta med unger. Frokosten var kjempegod, med masse utvalg. Bassenget og hagen veldig fin. Godt og romslig hotell. Vi hadde ikke all inclusive, men lunsjrettene i bassengbaren var ok og rimelige. Den lille hotellbutikken var også praktisk og ikke forferdelig kostbar. Vi testet også frisøren, og den var topp. Av negative ting vil vi trekke frem at rengjøring på rommet av og til var litt utfordrende å få. Det virket som om renholdspersonellet fant den minste unskyldning for å skippe å gjøre rent på rommet. Betjeningen i resepsjonen var også litt lite på "servicen". Vi synes også det vart at det kostet penger å bruke styrkerommet. Men alt i alt veldig bra altså!

We had a wonderful experience while staying here but would not return. First and foremost, the entire service, which includes bar employees, waitress, waitress, and reception staff, has long days and very hard work. The pool area is lovely. The personnel at the bar, the restaurant, and the bar all work extremely hard. No kettle or fridge is provided in the standard room, but they keep it tidy. Even though there are microwaves, there is always something that isn't always hot at breakfast, whether cooked or continental. Every morning, the coffee or tea maker is only accessible, and it is then turned off. The all-inclusive bars were the sole drawback, owing to the fact that there is only one open throughout the hotel, so you had to wait for quite a while to get a drink or cup of coffee because there wasn't enough personnel working the bar to handle the amount of guests at any given time, and the bar shuts at 11 o'clock and there is nowhere to go. The hotel controls the balcony lights, and at 11 o'clock, which is, in part, shut. There is a cost-free indoor spa, but the cost is well worth it. The only negative aspect was the nighttime marijuana and cannabis that bar employees were told they did nothing to dispell, I assume this was because the animation crew was involved. All in all, the vacation was enjoyable

We are halfway through our vacation and having a wonderful experience. The hotel is really clean and inviting. There is something for everyone and not just locals. We have not felt excluded as a British couple. We have been made to feel right at home. If you look closely, there are plenty of great meal options to suit everybody. The restaurant always has a great selection for everyone, and every day, the poolside snack bar has always burgers, hotdogs, chips, breads, and hamlets. The bar offers a huge variety of drinks hot and cold, and the hotel has a lovely pool and excellent spa amenities. If you choose to venture out, you can take a taxi to other parts of Playa de la Cruz for less than 5. I felt I needed to write a quick review because we are having such a great time. Thank you, Blue Sea Costa Garden Spa.

Had a very relaxing stay at costa jardin and spa - most of staff very friendly rooms cleaned every day and towels changed when requested Location on the outskirts of Puerto de La Cruz the hotel provided a shuttle bus about five or six times a day to the shopping centre/centre of Puerto de La Cruz and back again which was very helpful as a very steep walk back to hotel Outside pool - pool table - snooker table all very good Food was okay always found something to eat - dissapointed that one day chicken was pink (from show cooking) so check it’s all cooked but rest of times was good Met some lovely people all trying to make the most of the sun at this time of year being close to volcano and height of hotel from sea level I think affected cloud level but it never stopped us having a great time Plenty of choice of drinks at the all inclusive bar and fruit and sandwich outside of meal times which was helpful if you had been out and missed a meal Only disappointment was we booked this hotel as it had indoor facilities - indoor pool jacuzzi and spa but it was out of action being refurbished which would have been nice when weather wasn’t nice enough to sit by outdoor pool - I feel we should have been informed about this before our stay and we never received the facilities we payed for and was offered
