The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Mira have me some great advice for trips out. The hotel is very clean in all areas. The staff are out early cleaning the pool area every day. The entertainment team made a great effort. I particularly enjoyed ‘The Pink Ladies’ and their free cocktails. I loved the free shuttle to Palma Nova. Lots of choice for the buffet. A great stay. Thank you.

Estuvimos muy agusto en el hotel. Esta lejos del centro, pero justo al lado hay una parada de bus que te lleva al centro en unos 15min. El hotel tiene una piscina enorme y la comida es buffet y buena calidad (te da la opción de todo incluso y vale la pena). Realizan actividades para todo el público y en especial para los más pequeños aparte que te ofrecen un bus para llevarte a la playa de Palmanova.

Drinks and snacks during the day OK and in June there is not a mass of people. The area around the hotel has not much to do. The hotel is on a hill so expect climbing from restaurants and shops back to the hotel. Convenient bus connections from the hotel to Palma and Palmanova/magaluf

Je recommande à 1000 pour cent cet hôtel. Une piscine fabuleuse, des animateurs et le personnel ultra gentils. Un buffet de petit déjeuner comme je n’avais jamais vu et j’ai un très grand nombre de voyages à mon actif ! Les repas du midi et dû soirs en buffet difficile à égaler tellement les mets sont bons et variés - pour tous les goûts ! Ultra propre ! La pièce à bagages avant le départ possède même une douche et des cabines pour se changer… le seul bémol négatif est que lorsque l’on est Français le choix tv pour le soir n’est pas génial ! Peut être aussi trouver une solution pour lier les lits doubles… bref nous avons adoré cet endroit.

Super pleasant 1 night stay in that hotel ! Super easy access by bus from the city center (a bus stop is right in front of the hotel). The swimming pool is as great as it looks on pictures. Rooms are pretty spacious, super confortable and look like they were recently renovated. Super clean and modern bathroom as well. The balcony is pretty big, and the pool view is enjoyable. I was there on a day without any night animation, so I can't really judge that part, but let's say that I was a bit disappointed as the common areas were already pretty empty around 10/11pm. Not the best if you want to socialize a bit. But the only real downside is probably the location : let's say that the area around (were the shops and restaurants are) is not the best, although I managed to find a couple of really nice places to have food and parties ;-) On the other hand, the beach that is 10 minutes away from the hotel by feet is a really nice one ! The water was super clear, I definitely appreciated it :) Overall, I highly recommend this place for a few days in Palma de Majorca (but probably not for an entier week, in my opinion)
