Great rooms. Everywhere really clean and not overcrowded. Only slight negative was evening meals. Lots of dishes but all very similar. Cocktails outstanding!!

Fantastic hotel for families. Food was great, staff were friendly. Kids spent hours enjoying the pool. Entertainment staff were great too. Room was clean and well equipped. We would go back if we visit Fuertaventura again.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in December. The hotel rooms are scattered around a large complex which can be a bit confusing at first. We stayed in a Premium room which cost a bit more but it was worth it as it was a bit high up and had a balcony/terrace. The room was lovely and clean, modern and spacious with all the usual amenities. Big bathroom with a separate bath and shower, the odd thing we fund was the fact that there was no door leading to the bathroom, just an archway where the shower, bath and sink were located, only the toilet had a separate door. The hotel is in a good location, just a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel has a large pool area with plenty of sun loungers and 3 pools, one of which is heated. The resort where the hotel is situated, Caleta De Fuste is very close to the airport which makes it convenient to getting to and from the airport but it is on the flight path so be warned for plenty of aircraft flying over which can be a good thing if you are a plane spotter!

Bardzo fajny nie duży hotel położony w świetnej lokalizacji blisko do morza sklepów i restauracji oraz lotniska. Bardzo smaczne jedzenie all inclusive podgrzewany basen dobre miejsce dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi mini disco i muzyka na żywo wieczorami . Polecamy i pewnie sami jeszcze tu kiedyś wrócimy bo wyspa jest naprawdę piękna i warta zwiedzenia

Excellent again (our 4th all-inclusive visit over 8 years). Minor points for improvement could be: Hotter food (although microwave is available). Warmer swimming pool. More adult activities again (shooting, archery etc.)

Having stayed at Broncemar Beach previously i was pleasantly surprised by the revamp. Colour scheme is refreshing and all amenities are of good clean standard. The staff are friendly and helpful and i feel i must mention Virginia from the pool bar and upstairs bar area. Always service with a smile, engaging well with customers and nothing is too much trouble whilst still being efficient. Theres no sunbed wars so no major rush to get out there as you can always get a bed even in the afternoon. We were All Inclusive and the drinks didnt seem watered down, plenty of options including cocktails. The Buffet area has a lovely layout, quite spacious and lots of food options. The omelettes / pancakes made to order are delicious as anything else thats is made to order. The only disappointing thing i should mention is that the temperature of the food is warm at best however a microwave is provided should you like your food piping hot. I didnt mind some of the options being cool in temperature but there are some things that should be piping for food safety reasons. This is obviously perfect for little ones mouths too. The evening entertainment left a little to be desired however we went at the end of April and the entrainment team changed over during this week so did look a little better from what we saw.

Kényelmes felújított apartmanok. A naplaliban a kanapé két külön ággyá alakítható a gyerekek jól elfértek rajta. Az etelek finomak, vacsoránál az italok ( sör és üveges bor is) a felpanzio reszét képezik. Az egyetlen nehézség az utcai parkolás volt.

Check in was quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless very clean and cleaned daily. We had a lovely pool view. Location was great 2 minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Fab playground for the kids 2 minutes down the road from the hotel. The hotel was really lovely and modern. The staff even sent a bottle of champagne to our room for my birthday what a lovely gesture and much appreciated. Would be more than happy to stay here again. Everything was great thanks

Lovely complex and the recent refurb has given it a really high end feel. The buffet is lovely and a diverse selection but if you’re all inclusive it might be a bit repetitive. The pools are lovely albeit the ‘heated’ pool is REALLY fresh and favours the brave. Plenty of sun loungers and space to relax in the sheltered sunshine.

On arrival at night the room we were allocated was infested with cockroaches. We went straight to reception first thing in the morning. They immediately put us in a different room above floor level. Entertainment at night was poor. The tambourine banging, martial arts fight/fire in a dish was so bad we laughed. New room was lovely. Food options for non all inclusive is extremely expensive. But it didn’t matter as the hotel is central to everything in Caleta. Staff were excellent all across the hotel.

Location of property is ideal only a few mins walk into the centre for supermarket and restaurants and bars. We had first floor room at back of complex with sunbeds tables and chair on balcony. Reception lady very friendly on arrival, only had cleaners once during our short stay but that wasn’t a problem for us. Nice kitchen and lounge area but not much equipment if you were cooking evening meals but plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Didn’t use the pools so can’t comment but looked nice.

Did like the room was clean and plenty of hot water at all times. Plenty of sunbeds available although the usual muppets booked their beds with towels in the morning then didn't occupy beds until after 2:00pm usually. Hotel should do something about this! Didn't like late check in. We arrived at 11:30am. Was from 2:00pm onwards according to paperwork I received but hotel staff said after 4:00pm. Were to phone us when room was ready but never did. Left hotel for few hours and sat in Reception for 45 minutes on return until asking again. Room was ready and other staff member cheekily said to my face at desk to take this conversation as my phone call! Also no hotel supplied towels for sunbeds so had to buy them. Some food at breakfast was cold as it is left lying instead of being cooked on request.
