Since our last stay in 2021, there has been a noticeable change. Dinner in the restaurant was very poor, as was the breakfast. But this is a nice stopover in portugal back to Sailand.

We booked 2 nights as a short stayover during our journey from the Netherlands to Alentejo Portugal. The castle is beautiful, and the surrounding amazingly beautiful. The pool is very welcome to refreshment. The staff is lovely, especially the breakfast and restaurant staff. Salamanca is also very attractive to visit.

This place is a favorite place for us. This place has a terrific setting, with so many different kinds of rooms to choose from that will keep you wanting to expand your selection. The employee is always outstanding, and the food in the courtyard and terrace are both excellent. You wont find a better sunset anywhere else.

The castle is a must-see. Massive, opulent, and breathtaking. The courtyard is wonderful for the blistering sun and scorching august heat. But, the dining area and bar should be better organised. Breakfast begins at am, which is late and causes an influx of traffic. Dinner begins at rp, and the service is very ineffective, this is very difficult for families with small children, you will be waiting until 11 p.m.

A one night stay in a good location and a unique building, well worth the trip. Bed was a bit hard and the rules by the pool were a bit inflexible. Dinner was very good and reasonable price. much better than staying in a not described city hotel.
