The pool is wonderful, the looks lovely, but it was very cold, one pool was heated and we mainly used it. We stayed in a two-bedroom bungalow with everything you need, basic but clean. We didn't take a hairdryer because it was provided, but this more like a hairdryer with a hose attached to the wall, so traveling with 3 daughters I wish we had brought a hairdryer, but other than that no complaints. We were on half board and found the food to be excellent, with a lot of options and always hot and fresh. The pool bar food was good and reasonably priced. The biggest compliment would be the staff, they are all so friendly and polite!.

Do not take the shambles on here, this location is a hidden gem on the island. For christmas and the new year, we remained in premium bungalows, where they provided everything you need for a pleasant stay. The receptionist is incredibly lovely. All the housekeepers work hard and clean all day. We always left a little tip he's a 3-star, so don't anticipate luxury, but it's perfect if you want low-cost entertainment for the money and no frills. The pools are fantastic, lifeguards on the ball safety guards perform entertainment twice a week, but it costs 6 euros to playa de singles where all the action and the beach are jumbo center. Excellent holiday with the best weather thank you Caybeach, we'll definitely return!

We had a 7-night winter break and just got back. This is a wonderful motel that is definitely worth the price, and the location is ideal. It's close to everywhere on foot. We were given bungalow 218, which was next to the pool, and we were very pleased with its small yet charming residence. The shower was superb, and the accommodation was spotless and comfortable. The maid service was also excellent. Although we ate dinner at the pool bar, it was fantastic. Drinks were higher than those at a beach resort, but of good quality. The pool was beautiful, but it was freezing, but we still managed to swim.

Beautiful clean hotel with friendly staff. Beds are comfortable and showers are good. Towels and bedding changed on 5 of 7 days. We had a luxury bungalow near the pool bar, very convenient for us and lounges and table chairs on the terrace no issue with noise while we were there. Would be happy to return
