The hotel was absolutely stunning. I was arriving late at night past the opening times for dinner and so the staff had prepared a plate of meats cheeses and salad and put it in my room upon arrival. Such a thoughtful gesture that made such a difference! Jorge from the reception staff was amazing and made me feel welcome explaining all the amenities etc. I was in the annex building which was quiet and really clean which was nice to arrive to. I had booked half board and so was paying for drinks the light my stay which were incredibly well priced and honestly cheap, especially for a hotel bar! Sara from the bar was really friendly and made some custom drinks I found online which tasted incredible! When it was time to leave, because my flight was at night, the staff offered free luggage storage, a free shower room to get ready in, and a key card so I could still access the hotel and beach via access gates until I needed to head to the airport. This made all the difference and is such a nice touch that made travelling so much easier. The friendly reception staff were able to call a taxi for me which only took about 5 minutes to arrive and I was able to pay for everything at the hotel, again, such a nice touch to make everything effortless! I can’t recommend this hotel and its staff enough, I will definitely be back!

Nesten utmerket. Men mangel på drikkevann og glemming av å innsette kaffeposer drar ned. I tillegg var varmen både i dusjen og servanten nesten håpløs å justere. Hotellet fikk beskjed da vi dro.

We had a great stay and were very happy with our room and the amenities. Guests should be made aware there is loud music playing until after midnight each night from the beach bars. Had to close the balcony door to sleep when we’d rather hear the ocean waves. Most guests would be fine with the lively atmosphere…

Really lovely hotel. The staff were all very friendly and approachable. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained including the outdoor areas. The pool areas are nice and have lots of different areas to sit. Drinks and food at the hotel were fine, buffet had a lot of choice and catered to every requirement one might have and the opening hours were very good. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend and would advise to avoid would be the mediteranium restaurant which is paid for or 1 meal free for every 5 nights stayed… the atmosphere and service in there was really lacking and the food was ok at best. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend and return.

Personalen var väldigt väldigt välkomnande och otroligt serviceinriktade. Vi blev magsjuka nästan direkt när vi kom till hotellet MEN EJ hotellets fel alls. Dom gjorde allt för att vara så tillmötes som möjligt, ringde tom varje upp och frågade om hotellet kunde göra någonting. Fick info om att vårt flyg är försenat och frågade om vi kunde ha kvar rummet några extra timmar vilket inte var några som helst problem. Kan inte annat än att rekommendera detta hotell fullt ut till alla. Fick ett stort fint rum (1221) med otroligt fin havsutsikt. Ser verkligen fram emot att boka nästa vistelse här igen. Har bott mycket inom Lopesan familjen (Baobab, Villa del Conde Meloneras vilka oxå varmt kan rekommenderas men de här var något extra, extra framförallt servicen.

Our room and the hotel in general was spotless. The staff was welcoming and our room had a beautiful view of the ocean as we requested. The hotel is on different levels with 3 pools and plenty sun beds and quiet areas.
