Ottima posizione e 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e con parecchi ristoranti, bar, supermercati accanto. Un grande centro commerciale (Yumbo Center) è raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi e anche le dune si possono visitare con una piacevole passeggiata. L’appartamento è comodo; in effetti, le due stanze da letto matrimoniali sono un po’ anguste, ma a bilanciare quest’aspetto c’è la cucina-soggiorno che è molto bella e luminosa. Delusi dalla piscina che veniva descritta come “riscaldata” ma in realtà non lo era (e a gennaio l’acqua calda avrebbe fatto piacere).

Dejlige lejligheder, væk fra områder med fest ro i dagtimerne og fra midnat igen, de fleste Restauranter og bar i nærheden er domineret af tyskere men de forstår og lave en god aften

Very Nice and big apartments, very quiet, close ro restaurants and shopping. 10 minutes to walk to the Beach. Perfect for us AS we travelled with children. But we stayed in room 206, it was the Only room in the whole hotel without safetybars infront of window, so i did not feel secure since the Windows could be opened easily. Contacted reseption and a person came and screwed the Windows closed. And he promised to install bars on the window on a later moment.

We were not expecting much because of some bad reviews but I don’t know what they were about we loved it. Was great value for money, almost half the price of other places in the area and pretty much the same quality. Check in went smoothly, someone was there to let us in a few minutes after we arrived . Beds very comfortable and couldn’t hear any noise from the neighboring bars. Location very good, you have a supermarket, restaurants and the beach in your direct vicinity .

Fint rolig området. Litt støy fra nabosentret mye tysk høy musikk utover kvelden til ca 01 på natten. Men må man nesten regne med feriesteder. Bra supermarkedet rett på siden. Billigere enn andre steder på Playa del Ingles. Nødd på dette hotelet før og kommer gjerne igjen :)

Great staff throughout... Very comfortable and equipped for requirements. Bed very comfy, pool area clean Hotel riu next door being redeveloped so lots of noise and dust but not early nor late. Very convenient location... 2 supermarkets on door step, bars and restaurants too and 10 min walk to centre

The EO Las Rosas is a fantastic place to stay in, the hotel is beautiful, grounds are very clean and so are the rooms, I was on the 4th floor room 401 during my last visit and it was a bit noise at night from the bars across the street but I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in a nice part of Playa Del Ingles close to the bars,shops and a short 10 min walk to the Yumbo and just steps from the beach.

Really great place to stay. Cheap, great location and really great rooms with balcony. Everything worked - couldn't have asked for a better place for our 4 nights. Pool was great too and well maintained.

Utrolig romslig leilighet med kort veg til stranden. Godt med kjøleskap med fryser. Sengene er veldig harde,så det trekke litt ned oppholdet. Fint bad,med dusj som dessverre manglet en feste til dusjhodet.

In 2018, having stayed here, we decided to go back because we liked the location and price. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived late at night, but we were given a code to access the gate and informed that our key would be within a box. We tried for about 510 minutes to get the code to work in the gate and open it, but it was a disaster. It became a daily challenge, and it caused numerous wounds for my companion and myself. It opened the skin on my finger and left numerous wounds on my arm, we complained to reception, who didn't at first do anything, but towards the end of our stay, the lock was pulled off. More than one person must have complained. I have to say that the bathroom was worse than I remembered, we had room 401. The bathroom is in serious need of renovation, the walls are damp and grimy. The rest of the apartment is good, and we constantly found it clean. The beds are comfortable, pillows not great, but overall you get what you pay for. The pool is immaculate and serene. We would certainly stay here again if they returned the bathroom.
