Please note the following important information before booking:Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are provided upon arrival. However, replacements or changes during your stay are not included.Baby crib: €30 per reservation. Availability is not guaranteed. Guests must request it 24–48 hours in advance, and if available we will provide it.Extra guest: Each additional guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night.Arrival outside check-in hours-Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (please contact us if you wish to check in earlier).-Outside these hours, a €30 fee (cash) will apply. After 10:00 p.m., the fee will be €50, and after midnight, the fee will be €80.-If the arrival day is a weekend or a local or national holiday, the fee will be €30 until 10:00 p.m., €50 after 10:00 p.m., and €80 after midnight.-If the arrival day is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be €50 until 10:00 p.m. and €100 after 10:00 p.m.-The tourist tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied (€6.25 per person per night, for guests over 16 years old and for up to 7 nights).-The tourist tax will increase to €9.50 starting from April 1, 2026.House rulesSmoking is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Evidence of smoking inside the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a minimum fine of €400. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony.Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited.
