We are familiar with the hotel for years but have never stayed there. However, we decided it was best to spend the night in Perraza after a long lamb dinner. We stayed in room 103 for 120 euros. The bed in the room was so big, I could hear the family living in room 102 screaming every word.

I stayed in a luxurious room overlooking the city with a lovely balcony and a stunning outlook for six days. Pedraza is a small medieval village with only a few hundred inhabitants and is peaceful and peaceful. The hotel is well-maintained, has a lovely lobby, and has very little staff managing it. As long as you ask pleasant questions, they will be happy to assist you. The rooms vary considerably in size and decor, but I was happy with my smaller room. Regarding food, I wish they used fresh ingredients more than cheaper canned foods. In fact, my business trip, I had breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the food was quite varied. The breakfast buffet featured a lot of unhealthy options with the cheapest yogurt next to a few fruits, but lunch and dinner provided more healthy options, beautiful salads, fantastic desserts, and good soups. I am sure the food could be improved overall. Certain meat dishes were excellent, I must say, so it all came down to making the right decisions. Fresh products in general would greatly improve things! Despite the fact that the cuisine wasnt always excellent, I would return, even if the food wasn't always excellent due to the beautiful surroundings, memorable nights at the hotelier, and the ability to completely disconnect in this beautiful town and its lovely surroundings.

My partner and I stayed at the hotel for two nights in preparation for a wedding in Peraza. The town is of course a particularly beautiful place so the setting is exceptional. The hotel showed well throughout with high standards and clearly thought went into the decor. Certainly there was no indication of the anonymity of a chain hotel, but the decor was also done with great professionalism. Breakfast was good, but not many options, but still an excellent one. There are some very interesting copies of ELLE magazine from the 1960 and 1970 s, which are fascinating to read!

The hotel is very average, but at these prices, probably reasonable value. The food is very varied, some really great and some bland and uninteresting. The chef made a great effort to provide gluten-free bread for each meal, which was appreciated. The conference that I was attending there was marred by the constant smell of cigarette smoke caused by hotel staff smoking in the entrance area and the smoke being blown into the hotel. I politely told the waiter who turned out to be the owner of this problem, but he didn't take a reasonable feedback as it was going on all the time I was there. The worst part was the safety arrangements. Plans on the back of every bedroom door were a great idea, but in my bedroom, and I suspect others, the map showed the fire evacuation route going the wrong way and directing guests to a dead end. I told the hotel owner but he was uninterested and insisted it was correct, then he told me that one could go both, which was clearly false. If this is the standard of safety at this hotel, it is simply unsafe to stay there. It is wise to check the exit route wherever you stay, but if the information is simply wrong, this mocks giving any information at all.
