This was my 5th visit to this hotel since 2017. Staff on reception (especially Bea and Joni) are very kind and helpful and the restaurant and room cleaning staff are also nice to interact with. Buffett breakfast and dinner had plenty of variety and room was clean and well equipped. Hotel location was right next to the beach and there are plenty of local transport options to other parts of the island. Overall I really enjoyed my visit and would recommend to families and couples.

We've visited Fuerteventura a few times now, and stayed in this area each time. We usually stay in the hotel next door which is a 5 star, but decided to stay at the Elba this time which is a 4 star, but in all honesty we were not disappointed with our choice. We did bed and breakfast and the food and options in the morning were great. The facilities were really nice, great pools and grounds with access to the beach too. Staff were bang on point, and proper looked after us whilst celebrating a special date for us too. Rooms were kept clean throughout our stay and the air-con did a great job keeping us cool. There were no towels in the room on arrival, but I went to the front desk after waiting a while for some to be brought to our room and the staff gave me a couple of pool towels to get us through until the towels arrived the next day with housekeeping. No big deal at all. One thing that was different to other hotels I've stayed in is that we had to pay to use the room safe. €3 Euro's a day, so €21 for the week. I only mention this so you know what to expect before booking or on arrival. Like I said at the beginning, we normally stay in the 5 star next door, but I will happily be returning here again when visiting Fuerteventura. If you need a good affordable place to eat nearby I cannot recommend the Fado Rock Steakhouse enough. It's a 10-15 minute walk away. I eat there every night I'm on the island. The Elba Carlota Beach & Golf Resort is a hotel I definitely recommend.

This is my 4th time staying at this property and I really love visiting the hotel. I've previously reviewed the hotel, amenities and transport options in detail in previous reviews (see September 2022) so won't repeat here. Suffice to say I thoroughly enjoyed a hassle free couple of weeks in the sun in a nice hotel with excellent staff.

Un des meilleurs hôtel de fuerteventura! L’accueil est au top la nourriture est très bonne et variée! Une bonne animation autant pour les adultes que pour les enfants! Ma fille a fait une pool party au mini club elle était ravie. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. Nous avions la suite junior avec vue sur mer elle était impeccable! Je recommande fortement cette hôtel qui ma embellie mon séjour a fuerteventura! Je compte y retourner très rapidement.

The hotel can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by taxi from the airport at a cost of ~€18. You can also take a local bus (service #3) for ~€2, but it takes a little longer as it serves a number of local towns on route. Guests can access the beach areas via the hotel gardens with a shopping centre (Atlantico Centro Comercial) which includes a large supermarket, also being nearby. The hotel staff are amongst the best I have encountered at a large hotel. Everyone is pleasant, friendly and very helpful. My room was on the 5th floor, furnished to a good standard and I had no issues with noise and slept very well. I had half board and was impressed by the variety and standard of food which was available at both breakfast and dinner. In summary, a well-run hotel which I would highly recommend, particularly, for those with young families.

I really liked it here, clean and spacious rooms and all the staff are amazing and very helpful. The queue for the lobby bar wasn't great but that was the only negative. The pools were great, as were the daily aquafit classes, such good fun. I liked the food, there are loads of choices so you couldn't go hungry, some of it could have been a bit hotter but I tended to wait for the freshly cooked items i.e king prawns, squid and steak. The location was ideal being right on the beach and a nice level walk into the town. Beautiful sunrises too.

Complejo hotelero que tiene todas las comodidades que puedes buscar. La única pega es que está cerca del aeropuerto y el ruido de los aviones puede molestar un poco. Excelente amabilidad de todo el personal.

Avevamo voglia di provare un altro Elba dopo altri di Caleta e la scelta è caduta sul Carlota anche per la sua vicinanza all'aeroporto. Bella camera con vista sul mare con bagno ben fornito e presenza di bidet. Colazione e cena con ampia scelta e al mattino apprezzati i succhi di frutta freschi. Una piscina era in ristrutturazione e quindi l'altra un pò affollata ma climatizzata. Unica nota negativa è il passaggio degli aerei in atterraggio sull' hotel che inizia già al mattino subito dopo le 7.
