Great stay in Barcelona - very close to the port so just a quick 10 minute taxi ride to our cruise terminal!

Fantastic hotel. Staff very helpful. Amenities to shower and change before checking in or out ( much needed after a long flight).Rooms are spacious, comfy bed, ( great pillows) and clean. Loved the roof top pool with sun loungers and bar.

Beyond happy with my stay, they upgraded my room for free and the staff where friendly and helpful. Its a great base to have, outside of the busy central Barcelona but easy enough to get to most places by foot or public transport. One very minor issue ,the TV doesn't really pick up any channels and isn't a smart TV, but you don't come to Barcelona to sit and watch TV! Id recommend bringing a hdmi to usb to attach your phone if needed.l to stream. Id happily book again.

Stayed for 4 nights prior to a cruise. We have stayed in Barcelona in the Gothic quarter in the past. My husband wanted a place on the water so I chose this hotel. Amazing view of the city from our room. Ate at the rooftop bar twice, one night on the lounge and one in the restaurant used in the winter. Cannot rate this highly enough. Staff were wonderful and shout out o Carmen who assisted us at every dinner. The hotel also arranged a watch party in the lounge for the last 2 semifinals for soccer World Cup. Room was very clean, air conditioning worked very well, breakfast buffet was very good. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Barcelona.

The front desk staff was so helpful. They went above and beyond by helping us find replacements for items that were delayed from our flight.

The hotel was beautiful, I enjoyed my time there. I would recommend making the pool bigger but apart from that I enjoyed it all

We got locked out of our room with our bags still inside before our check out time. I asked a housekeeper to let win but she said she couldn’t and directed me to go to the front desk. I went down and got a new key and went up - it didn’t work! Went back down and they sent a person up with me with a new key which also did not work. Finally a different housekeeper let us in so we did not have to miss our cruise !!🚢

Great staff. Alex was brilliant on reception and very helpful. Fantastic large room and bathroom. I was concerned re some of the comments about noise but the hotel was the perfect place to rest post a busy cruise. I do agree re the food/restaurant being expensive.
