My girlfriend and I stayed in this nice hotel for five nights with breakfast and dinner. The staff was very helpful from the beginning, and Jaime, the hotel manager, helped us with anything if there were issues with the flights and the day of checkin. The room was pleasant, with a large terrace balcony that looked straight at the beach. The only thing that worried me was that there were no doors to the toilet. Everything else was wonderful! The food is not Michelin star, but theyll make sure you are never hungry. Breakfast was a buffet with a variety of food to choose from. Dinner was a bit different, you couldn't really choose, but you had est and dessert. Drinks were not included. I was very surprised that this hotel only had one star, certainly missing one or two. Nice experience, great service and staff were always helpful with everything you needed. I recommend you guys try this place, you won't be disappointed!.

Overall, I wouldn't stay at this hotel. Honest review from a well-traveled British couple, who stayed here with my husband in October for a half board vacation for five nights. On arrival, we were given our room on the 1 st level, a comfortable bed no air conditioning, no kettle, and other basic amenities. When we woke up the next day, the shower stench was really bad, it was an old shower which had not been updated and was dreadful, German guests were right next door, very noisy, shouting, drinking, and just generally noisy, so we requested to be relocated. We were promptly transferred to a much better room with a better shower, although there was no shower curtain, so when you took a shower, the bathroom floor became soaked. But I must admit that the views from our balcony were spectacular, with a view of the bay. When we checked in, we were informed that the hotel docent primarily serves English guests, which they were correct. With the exception of one news channel, we paid for half board and ended up dining dinner there once. If you enjoy fish, you'll be pleased because that's all I saw, fish pasta and chips that were cardboard, with no dessert really, ice cream that had been left out of the freezer, oh sorry a slice of salad, breakfast consisted

I was initially a little astonished by that hotel after I checked in and checked in. But, the hotel is in a good location with the best staff, reasonably priced food and drink and a 247 bar! Yes, it's a bit old and not up to high standards, but I think it's a fantastic deal for what you pay for, highly recommended and I'll be back there! Oh forgot to mention that most of the rooms have a sea view which is only 100 meters away from the hotel and a small swimming pool if you don't want to go to the sea.

During our stay at galaxy, my buddy and I recently returned from a three-night stay in Can Picafort. We booked the hotel through Travel Republic, and it was a great deal. I normally stay in a one-star hotel, but I must admit that this location is a hidden gem. On the first floor of our room 107, it was clean and modern. It wasn't large, but it had all we needed including a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with a few English channels, a sizable balcony with a table and chairs, and a wellappointed shower room with complimentary shower gel, moisturiser, and even toothbrushes and toothpaste. The pool was nice, and on both days my friend and I had it to ourselves wondering what it would be like in the summer with only about 20 lovely wooden lounges!, but the beach is only a stone's throw away. Breakfast was mostly continental cereals, pastries, lots of lovely fresh breads to choose from, cheeses, continental meats, etc. There was hot food, bacon, eggs, beans, etc. But I can't comment on that because I didn't try it. The staff we encountered were all pleasant, warm, and extremely hardworking. Definitely return to the galaxy.

I recently returned from a five-night vacation with my partner. I honestly can't complain a bit about it. The place is tidy, modern, and affordable. The pool area is a tiny private sanctuary where you can drink from the bar and enjoy them by the pool. The personnel were very helpful. We had self-catered, so we can't comment on the food, but from what we saw it seemed fine. A stones throw from the hotel are plenty of amazing restaurants. I highly recommend Monaco and La Petite Santi Remi. The beach is a lovely haven, not even a short walk from the hotel. Im speechless to express how much I can say. The negative reviews on this site appear to be centered around the fact that there are a lot of German customers, indicating that the facility caters more toward Germans. There are, but I don't believe this had a negative impact. The food is also outstanding, but, as I've said before, there are plenty of great local restaurants to try.

The first room we were given was disgusting, we had cockroaches, dirty sheets and it smelled like chlorine and looked nothing like the pictures. After arguing twice we were given a much better room, however the sheets were still dirty and the previous person’s clothes were still in the bed.
