We will return! Although we only stayed for a few days, we had a great time and planned to return next year before leaving. Our room wasnt ready, undoubtedly, because we arrived at the hotel early in the morning so far before check-in time. The receptionist's excellent service showed us where to store our baggage and gave us our all inclusive bands so we could use the target breakfast while we waited. We accidentally left our tour room card inside the room one day and the same lady was friendly about providing us with a second key card, which was no problem for her. Our room was perfectly suitable for sleeping, however it might use some updating. The room was cleaned and the towels changed whenever we needed them, and we left alone when we asked! But I would suggest using your own hair dryer since it wasn't particularly powerful. The lounges around the pool were extremely comfortable and the area was kept clean and tidy. Wonderful pools, one of which was quite deep and ideal for relaxing around. They played games like water polo most days. Nice and shallow for children. Our room looked excellent as well as the children's pool next to the kids club. Excellent selection of drinks, with some cocktails included in all inclusives. The staff is very pleasant and the room is clean and well-prepared, even though the hotel is located near a busy main road, the atmosphere is peaceful and well-run, but the menu here is very tasty but the menu can be varied more often.

We will return and suggest it to anyone looking for value for the money. Great hotel, nice staff and most beautiful grounds. Bus outside and uber only 5 into port. We travel a lot and mostly 4 and 5, but this place is far better for the price than some 4 hotels. Include Santa Lucia in Palmnova, please note that the entertainment was a bit noisy, but the kids were really enjoying it. Great for families to stay in, a great base for the young to enjoy and great for older people like us to do some of both.

We had never been to mainland Spain before, so my husband and I made this vacation reservation. We knew little to anticipate after reading the evaluations of previous visitors. It was unfortunate that we were farther from neighborhood street cafes and bars, but you could walk to San Pedro, though it was a little tricky, and there wasn't much going on there anyway. On our initial day, we walked to the neighborhood beach, and we were disappointed. It wasn't what we expected, and we found the shore to be unappealing. Regarding the hotel, it was spotless. When night comes, the cleaners diligently work. Our entire staff was extremely kind, pleasant, polite, and helpful. The free shuttle bus that brought you to San Pedro and Puerto Banks was a wonderful idea as well. The San Pedro market is up a steep hill, with mostly all the stalls selling the same items, but it was a fun experience. It is significantly superior to San Pedro and is well worth visiting. Similarly, from Puerto Bank, we used a catamaran to Marcella. It was a wonderful and worthwhile excursion. The water was choppy, though. After reading the reviews, many suggested upgrading your accommodation, which we did, but we paid an extra 142 for what was essentially a refrigerator.
