A personal access code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.In-Person Check-inFor late-night arrivals, should the guest prefer to be assisted in person, we would be happy to welcome you.An additional fee applies for this service for arrivals after 8:00 PM.Check-in (Surcharges)If you request an in-person check-in during late-night hours, the following surcharges will apply:From 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM → €20From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM → €30From 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM → €40Bed Linen and TowelsBed linen and towels are provided (one set per person, per stay).Stays exceeding 6 nights: additional towels are provided as a courtesy.Stays of less than 6 nights, or for additional requests:Towel set: €10Bed linen set (sheets + towels): €15Towel Usage (Important)Using the towels to remove makeup is strictly prohibited.Towels stained with makeup or irreversibly damaged may be charged at a rate of €10 per towel.NoisePlaying loud music in the apartment is not permitted, out of respect for the neighbors.External Noise (Central Location)Due to the accommodation's central location, you may experience disturbances caused by external noise (passersby on the street or entering their homes, neighbors, parties, or construction work). Such occurrences do not constitute grounds for any form of compensation. TrashDepositing trash bags in the building's common areas is prohibited.Guest Registration (Mandatory by Law)Please note that all guests, regardless of age, must complete the legal registration form pursuant to Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021).When traveling with minors, the nature of the family relationship must be indicated.Failure to comp
