Throughout our journey from the uk to Portugal, this was our first stop since we were able to pass through France as quickly as possible. The receptionist walked outside with me to suggest where to park my vehicle, a reasonably priced free parking lot is located right outside the hotel. The interior of the structure is tidy and tastefully furnished, but it could use some updating, it's a touch outdated, but it's pleasant enough. There is a good bar and dining area available. We chose not to eat the evening meal because we weren't hungry, but the following day, we had a nice continental breakfast. Despite the room's a little antiquated, everything was spotless and functional, and the bed was quite comfortable, but the air conditioning was unable to maintain it at a decent temperature for sleep. Based on my experience, I would unquestionably suggest staying here for one or a few nights if you are visiting Bilbo or passing through, but I think youll find more a more comfortable, up to date location if you're considering a longer stay.

We wanted a good hotel close to Bilbao and the airport. Unfortunately, we were unable to drink coffee and tea in our room. The price of a buffet breakfast is also unjustified. The restaurant was poorly advertised but it was fine and good value for money.

I stayed here the night before my flight and it was fantastic! Customer service was that of a five-star hotel. They ensured that we had whatever we required. My experience was really unique because it was during the pains cab strike and there was no way to get to the airport if you had an early morning flight. We were told that the strike might be over by the time we arrived, but sadly, that was not the case. Since I was traveling with my mother who needs a walk to get around, the only way to get to the airport from the hotel was by taxi. The front desk staff called all of the taxi companies in Bico and told them our situation, and all of them said no. They even called the local police to see if they would be willing to take someone who is physically handicapped to the airport due to the strike, and they also said no. Instead of just saying sorry, we did what we could, rocco the hotel manager or director said she would drive us at 530 am. I was blown away! By far my favorite hotel experience this past month. Side note, the bartenders were very generous with their pours. Stept like a baby. Idr stayed at the hotel with her physically handicapped mother during the nation wide taxi strike, the hotel manager or director took us to the airport at 530 am so we wouldn't miss our
