This hotel is in the very good location and the ambiance is very well-known, it is just 200 meters from Gran via Metro and on a very busy pedestrian street in Fuencarral Star. You can walk or take the metro to reach any location. This hotel has a big room and a nice bathroom and a safe. There is free WiFi, but the furniture is quite old. The only drawback is that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything in other rooms. I thought this hotel had a good price for the room and its location.

There must be more than one hostel within the building, but it was in a fantastic location when we checked in the building across from the actual hostel. I had received an email detailing what to do, so I advise you to check the email you had previously made up with before you came, but it was simple to find. The room was in a lovely antique building and was sufficiently big. We had a room, a bathroom, a desk, and a vending machine with water and soft drinks on the floor where we remained. We were able to leave our bags after checking out by checking in at the hostel across from ours until we were ready to depart.

The location of this hostel is what distinguishes it from others. It is situated on a pedestrian only road, sort of like in an openpaced mall. It is close to the Gran Via and subway stations. Most museums, plazas, and Madrid palace are within walking distance. There are also many restaurants near. The front desk staff was very pleasant. We requested hot water and he gave us a kettle to use. He also recommended me a good lunch. The double room is clean but very small. It probably is typical of such type of hostel in such places.

If you dont need to sleep and want to party all night, this hotel is the spot for you! You can leave your baggage and freshen up no problem, but sleeping is not really an option. The bed is like wooden planks, but that is not all. The noise coming from other rooms and the street is quite horrendous. But the location, right in the middle of the center on a shopping street, is great! If you want to party and sleep or shop and sleep, you may want to find another place to stay.. Not for location, just for triple glazing and insulated walls. Apart from noise and bed the room was fairly big with a closet the doors kept opening which was a little annoying, 2 chairs and a dislike thing that couldnt hold much as it wasnt very sturdy. The bathroom was clean but tiny. Despite having everything you need and the shower works great! WiFi also worked like a charm the only thing that was a little strange and unclear to me was that the hostel reception was actually in another hostel across the street.
