The cathedral is located in the old district of this charming ancient hotel. Small issues with the closet door won't latch and the room safe doesn't appear to work. This place has a wide choice of restaurants, bars, and cafes.

This is a great place to sleep in the best location. However the AC broke on the 2 nd day and we spent 2 more days with a noisy portable unit. The staff are very kind and helpful. The atmosphere in the room is tired and need some updating. The manager also provided us with a free breakfast for our problems.

We stayed in a wonderful location that was close to the cathedral, the largest gothic cathedral in the world, and excellent dining. I was surrounded by visitors. Many people in stores and taxis informed me that between October and June is the most busy time for tourism. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the cathedral, the largest gothic cathedral in the world, and excellent shopping. The hotel is well-located. There is a large, glass-enclosed, tiny balcony in the bedroom. The air conditioning in the room was fantastic. It was really cold when we stayed there during a week-trip. It completely cooled the space. In mid-October, the ac was the nicest we had during our tweek getaway because it was so hot in the villa. It had a great cool atmosphere. However, like all of the hotels we stayed in, it does not switch on and off according to the temperature you select. Its either turned on or off. It was quite noisy. Depending on the temperature you select, it only vaporizes cooler. Be prepared that the ac isn't the one at American central ac. The hotel is close to the cathedral, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world, and excellent retail. Tourists are a crowded bunch. Several consumers in stores and taxis informed me that

I'm writing this review with mixed emotions as Casa is exceptional in so many ways. It is close to most of the old city sights, has helpful, friendly staff, and has a family-style small boutique hotel. The hotel is in a typical old-world style. The room is so spacious that it may be used for a 3-night stay. Breakfast is served on a rooftop balcony with a nice clean, comfy bed. We also enjoyed a great value for the money. The only drawback was sleep quality. Even though it was set to the lowest setting, our room 202 had air conditioning and kept it warm throughout. The traffic noise from the bars and road was unbearable, but the room was only open for cooling air. After a day of sightseeing, we only use the room for rest. That tarnished our stay during the delectable late September hot time.
