I really liked the staff as soon as you walk in, the concierge, those helping with luggage and doors. Two men in the bar, Jeffer and I did not catch the other one’s name. All fabulous. Cleaning the room, they left a lot of dirty glasses and an open bottle of wine in a bucket of water for three days. Breakfast was delicious but staff seemed short handed and I w ok I’d have to repeatedly ask for a second cup of coffee to which some days I gave up on it. The hotel is gorgeous and so comfortable. Everything else was so fantastic.

Vi avslutade en längre resa med bland det bästa vi någonsin bott på. Lyxigt men samtidigt ombonat och personligt. Fantastisk service och rummen va något alldeles extra. Loungen fanns både under tak och under bar himmel. Läget var dessutom perfekt med gångavstånd till Sevillas gamla stad med alla sevärdheter.

Absolutely stunning boutique hotel with attentive friendly staff, highly recommend. The property smells of orange blossom as you enter and has the old style 5 star service which seems to have disappeared. Turn down service with chocolate, silk bathrobes, welcome and leaving drinks and snacks. Unexpected breakfast waiter services and beautiful decor even down to the birdsong in the loos. The only thing I could possibly complain about was the construction next door which made us feel we would not be able to use the pool facility. However in the 40 degree heat we went up to check again on the Friday afternoon to find the workman gone throughout our stay and the much needed pool all to ourselves. Fabulous

I’m still dreaming about this hotel! From the bell boy at checkin to the bag with water and snacks at checkout, staying at Don Ramon was definitely the highlight of our entire trip to Spain. The hotel itself, which just opened a year ago is an architecture and interior design masterpiece: all the clash of colors, patterns and inspirations could easily go as over the top but here every minimal detail makes sense to where it is. The beautiful pool on the rooftop along with sun loungers and clean towels, the good looking people working behind the front desks always greeting us, the nicest and kindest staff we’ve ever met make an unbeatable combination. The turn down service that would makes our bed, put a linen floor mat and slippers next to each side of the bed along with a chocolate and a bottle of water was really special. We’ve been given a room with balcony that faces the street. It might not be everyone’s cup of tea as noises from the streets can come through the windows but we loved it. Location is very convenient as you can walk to the monument areas and to Hercules square as well, with unlimited options for eating and shopping. I’ll be recommending this property to everyone going to Spain, even if Seville isn’t in their plans. I hope I can also stay in the 2 other properties of the same brand in the country side.
