Muy cómodo y práctico para entrar o salir de Plasencia. Camas muy cómodas y un desayuno tipo buffet muy completo. El trato del personal excelente y la limpieza igual. No tengo ningún tipo de queja la verdad. Sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo, bien es cierto que está en la localidad sino en un polígono pero la calidad precio está muy bien.

Very comfortable nights stay, very clean and comfy beds. The reception staff were very helpful especially on the morning of us leaving when we needed to get a test to travel back to the UK, thank you once again.

Fortunately, we recently stayed here after our vehicle broke down on the way from Salander to the algae. At all times, there is a lot of noise in the hallway outside the room, particularly from about a.m., and there are clear noises of the person in the next room who is snoring through the night. On some days, there was no hot water for the shower. If there is still any, breakfast options include cakes, cold processed meat, and cold bacon. The hotel is in the middle of an industrial area. In the restaurant downstairs, the cuisine was usually chicken on the bone or fatty pork with crispy or chips. The hotels cleaning crew was very accommodating, and the room was lovely, contemporary, and roomy. Although not a double bed, two single beds are pushed together. Plasencias local town is worth a visit.

We stayed here en route to the south, perfect location. But don't let that stop you, it is at the entrance to an industrial estate, and it is secure parking outside. Rooms are spacious and clean with a bathroom. We served a tasty meal until late and the staff was very helpful. I would suggest this hotel for the location and value for the money.

The room was comfortable and clean. Another couple who were travelling with us had a problem with their air conditioning, and they were given a better room at no additional cost. Everyone at the hotel was kind and helpful. We also had the opportunity to eat lunch at their restaurant, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We can also try the pool that they have there. It isn't too big, but it's ok if you want to put aside the summer heat for a while. Everyone reading this review should definitely stay at this hotel.

It was a really positive experience, starting with the great warm welcome and ending with the very relaxing experience. I was assisted with the check-in, and the room was smart and comfy. We had dinner at the restaurant, which has a three-course menu with 67 options despite previous reviews. Each course we had was freshly cooked and very nicely served, and we had a very good bottle of local wine all for 40 euros. Breakfast choices included several hot dishes, coffee pastries, cereal, and fruit. Safe parking in front of the hotel. As mentioned before, the location can be confusing, but once inside, it becomes irrelevant. While the staff speaks good English and is more than happy to assist you with anything you require, we do speak Spanish well.
