One of the most pleasant hotel experiences I have ever had. The Plaza Mayor, Porado, and Mocha Train Station are all within a 20-minute walk of the hotel. There are numerous restaurants close by, and Anton Martin metro stop is a quick stroll away. The personnel at this hotel stand out the most. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided restaurant suggestions, directed us, arranged trains tickets, and ensured we had a picnic lunch on the day we left too early for breakfast. The hotel is located in a converted palace with a grand central staircase. Breakfast was included and we deemed it to be worthwhile. They provide directions, provide restaurant recommendations, arrange for us to eat brunch, and arrange trains. Highly advise this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.

I have to say that we had a great time at this hotel. In the first week of December, we spent four nights there. Four couples, a group. We received a very warm welcome from the receptionist and a guided tour of your hotel while awaiting the rooms to be finished. The rooms were quite large, spotless, and wellequipped for a peaceful and pleasant stay. In some rooms, the wall between the restroom, toilet, and living space is beautiful, revealing glass, which has a contemporary, intriguing, and unusual interior design. Egg Benedict is definitely a good selection for breakfast. One evening, we enjoyed dinner at the hotel that was tasty, the price was reasonable, and the vine cart was good. This hotel has a good location, as well as all of the major tourist and shopping locations were within walking distance of about 10 and 20 minutes most of the time. The hotel staff is really kind, courteous, and helpful. We had a problem with our luggage lost by a flight, and they tried every means to assist us, including daily calls to the airport and airline customer service. They remember friends from the very beginning of their trip, and each morning, they made a table specially for us 8 people.

I absolutely recommend it. First of all, theyre so kind! Everyone. Obviously happy with their job, you can tell when employees are treated well, super friendly, and ready to help. I asked about the train at the front desk, and they took over and handled everything. The room was spacious, with a view of the pool on the patio in the back, a large bathroom, a big shower, and a large bed with the softest sheets. We had paid for breakfast, and as soon as we sat down, we received a bowl of cut fruit, coffee, and orange juice along with a basket of bread and pastries with butter and jam, and a plate of cold cuts two different kinds of ham, turkey, etc. We were given a menu and asked what we wanted for breakfast! Anything you might want was available. The eggs were delicious. The tiny waffle weave robes were the only thing that wasnt firstrate.

This is a great place. From the decor to the room design, to the friendliness and efficiency of the hotel staff, to the location on a busy street just a few minutes away from Plaza Mayor, it's a great find and really worthy of it's rating. We stayed there from December 28 to January 1, and the staff was gracious enough to include us in their New Year's Eve drinks approaching midnight, which was a nice touch. We wholeheartedly recommend it!.

Absolute the best place to stay in Madrid. On walking distance of the famous museums like Prado and Thyssen and 10 taxi minutes from the luxury shopping street in Salamanca. The hotel offers spacious nicely designed soundproof rooms around an inside garden and pool. Competitive advantage to other hotels, but 100 guest focussed approach.
