This property seems to have recently been extensively gutted and redecorated, as several others have pointed out. It's not that far from any of the Bilbo attractions that the Marriott Brand has recently acquired. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the indautxu plaza and a short stroll from any of the attractions in the city. Do not be duped by the building's ugly exterior. The lobby is sophisticated and tastefully furnished, and so is our room. Around 6:30 p. M. She was incredibly friendly when we checked in, and the receptionist showed us around. She provided a wonderful presentation of the hotel and the Bilbo neighborhood. She was very kind and gave us an update on the hotel and the city. She explained that we could park in the public parade at indautxu Plaza, 100 meters away because the onsite garage was full and because we had a car there was nowhere to park in the neighborhood. It wasnt a major hassle, though, as it was simple to locate and close enough. Having said that, I'm not sure if I should inform them in advance if we needed onsite parking, it might be wise to speak with them in advance if you have a vehicle. That was the finest aspect of the accommodation! Despite having limited sleepers and taking this seriously, I wasn't let down. Our room

The hotel is in an excellent position, the breakfast was fantastic, and the employees were friendly. The terrace bar employees, who were not at all friendly to our clients there and made a fuss to rush us out even though we were invited to a drink in the terrace bar, were the main drawbacks. The receptionist and concierge lady are among the most excellent members of the personnel. They are all extremely accommodating. Because I had not seen the other rooms, we reserved two rooms and were informed that we were upgraded. The rooms are of reasonable dimensions but are quite dark, and there was a small window overlooking the back alley. It's amazing to find so many decent hotels out there. And, of course, all the success is down to the employees here. Apart from the fact that the location is the best one can get, the rooms are spotless, the mattresses are cozy and the breakfast is excellent, the team ranks it a perfect 10. We specially liked Victor from the breakfast team and Joel from the reception team. You guys made our stay memorable. Many thanks!.

The hotel is strategically located near lots of shops and restaurants. The old town is just a 15 minute walk away and the guggenheim museum is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and they are quite peaceful. The bathrooms are spacious, and the breakfast is good. The personnel is really accommodating and welcoming. The rooftop bar is great, and the drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel. With your drinks, they will even give you snacks. The view is spectacular. There is a bar on the ground floor, which is good for a late drink or a place to chill out on a rainy day.

Nice hotel in the heart of Biarritz. There are several good restaurants, shops, and the Guggenheim Museum in the neighborhood. The hotel employees are very friendly and helpful. Take the elevator to the rooftop terraces on a sunny day to enjoy a tasty cocktail!
