A very nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. We were able to check in early (they did charge us a fee for that, however), but it fit our timeline of what we were trying to do that afternoon with sightseeing. We took showers to wash off the 24 hours of traveling and left the hotel. When we returned, the water to our room wasn't working for some reason. I called down to reception and they immediately sent someone up, who fidgeted with a couple of faucet handles above the shower and then stated it was fixed. My wife then went to take another shower and only the hot water was working. So I called down again to reception and the very nice young gentleman who we had been dealing with all day came to the room to try to fix it, but was unsuccessful. So he moved us into another room, next to our first one. We moved our stuff and settled in. We slept well and went down for breakfast. The young gentleman called us a taxi to take us to the cruise port and we left the hotel. This employee was outstanding and an asset to the business. I wish I would have remembered his name!

The breakfast was great, as everyone else has noted. Lots of interesting and yummy food options. The rooms were clean and bigger than our previous hotels rooms in France. Max at the front desk was unbelievably helpful. He helped us get a realistic plan of attack for seeing the city in the time we had. Also, Debora at breakfast was super kind and helpful. Also, the cleaning staff was super helpful. All of the staff mentioned were very cheerful and willing to do whatever they could to help. The hotel also happens to be close to a lot. I highly recommend it!

We ended our cruise in Barcelona and stayed 2 nights. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is centrally located and the amenities are great. Breakfast was included and enough for hungry teenagers with a lot of variety. And the front desk was amazing - so helpful. Arian was wonderful and provided many delicious restaurant options including local brasseries as well as great affordable restaurants with Catalan cuisine. The hotel is 1 block from the bus station where you can hop on the Barcelona Bus Turístico for the red route which takes you to major sites and the hotel can sell you the tickets at the front desk. We loved it and would do the entire trip again, if possible.

Facil y rápido check in. Al hacer check out ellos nos guardaron el equipaje ya que nuestro vuelo salió por la tarde. Recomendado 100% Gracias!

All interactions with staff were amazing. Communication with reception was excellent, professional, friendly and helpful. Only negative would be very little shade around the pool area and one day the pool water appeared 'murky' so did not use. That would not stop me returning to this hotel as we loved our stay and overall was very positive. Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Would definitely recommend the Ilunion Auditory for location if you prefer to be a little away from the touristy areas. A 20 to 30 min walk to most attractions but in a quiet neighbourhood that felt very safe. Lots of places to eat and drink in the area, even an Aldi a few mins away. Close to the train station, bus stop and taxi rank. Across the road is La Higuera a must restaurant/bar to visit.

We enjoyed the pool for cooling down and hanging out on the lounge chairs later in the day. It is within walking distance of many things to see and do. The breakfast was replenished readily and enjoyable.

L'hotel è posizionato vicino alla metro, i punti di interesse sono raggiungibili anche a piedi (mediamento 30 minuti a piedi). La camera della giusta dimensione. Colazione buona. Personale cortese, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente in struttura. Zona tranquilla per tornare anche la sera tardi
