On our way to Victoria, we stayed at Lomo Fork Lodge. The setting is breathtaking, the cottage rooms are beautifully decorated, and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant Three Ducks offers outstanding service from a caring and attentive team. The brunch hamper was simple yet delicious. A stopover for trout fishing, as well as lovely walks and relaxing on the deck overlooking the river. Would highly suggest it.

After arriving late, we dined at the onsite restaurant with three blue ducks which was quite expensive for the quality of the food being served. The absence of king beds is another issue, which is almost expected in hotels of this caliber and price these days. We opted for two singles, which were extremely small but still preferable to queens. The entire crew was helpful, courteous, and helpful.

On the way to the southern highlands, we spent a night here. The Limbo Fork Lodge is a terrific stopover, where you may get away from it all because it has no phone service and very little wifi. Off the beaten path, but it is totally worth the trip, and the personnel is incredibly pleasant and helpful. The main house suite where we stayed was spotless and the bed was extremely cozy. The staff was happy to provide any clarifications about the menu and served delicious food at the Three Ducks. They had planned to take a takeout breakfast hamper with us because we had to leave early the following morning.

We stayed in one of the beautiful stand-alone cottages. Luxurious bathroom and great balcony overlooking the creek. Staff were friendly and helpful. A small slice of heaven with a fantastic restaurant to finish things off. A morning walk by the river with coffee was a wonderful ending to the stay. We will definitely return.
