The AC was great. We had a few maintenance problems with our room but it didn't disturb our stay. Nice location, just blocks from the beach. Breakfast is served with toast, juice, and coffee. Refrigerator in the room and cheap drinks from the bar downstairs that can be purchased to stock it. The hotel owner check-in with us every day to see if everything was fine.

We were a family group and had three rooms. 6 adults and 2 children. Miguel Angel was quite accommodating, even adding an extra bed and a crib in one room when the kids wanted to sleep in the same room. He questioned us every time he saw us and if everything was ok and clean enough for us. It was. We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed an extra night. The location is close to the beach. Around the corner are a number of excellent restaurants. Horses and Ponies for the kids are located at the end of the street. Although the hotel and town do not speak English. Miguel Angel was very clear and even members of our group who spoke no spanish could understand him. He even stayed up late at night when we came late in. I highly suggest this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel as a place to go on a weekend or short break. Nice hotel with pleasant staff. Lots of cheap restaurants, bars and restaurants. Very clean rooms and a mini fridge if you need to chill drinks. Air conditioning was a bonus in the room. Lovely beach.

It was a small family run hotel in a central location, only a few minutes from the beach and town. The room was small but sufficient for a couple. Breakfast was a bit sparse lacked imagination and could have been a bit more generous, only one bread rolling drink included. The staff was friendly and overall nice atmosphere.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is it's proximity to the breathtaking Playa de la regal, but there are many other better hotels and pensions in Chipiona. This hotel was already pre-paid, which was unfortunate. When we arrived just before breakfast, Miguel, the proprietor, informed us that the room wasn't ready and that we should take supper. When we returned, an enlarge maid of all work was in charge and we were directed to our room no. 11. This was quite small and had a fully open-plan bathroom area, i. E. The toilet is in full view of the bed and is mounted rickety screen to attempt to hide it from view. Miguel wasn't presently visible, so it should not be a surprise. Despite the pipes, which were obviously running right through our room and we could hear them all night, the water in the shower was only a little drier. The next morning's breakfast was horrible. There was only one slice of bread on the tostada, and there were no cereal or yoghurt. The juice wasn't fresh. Not at all typical Spanish breakfast. When we checked out, we were told that the bottle of Chipiona wine that was supposed to be a gift with our reservation had been left.
