We stopped in puigcerda for a motorcycle tour across the Pyrenees. It was the first hotel we came to and it was perfect. The lady at the front moved her car out of the garage so we could keep all six bikes safe and safe. Rooms not huge but large. Had better breakfasts, but totally fine. A little out of the city center, but didn't have time to explore so not sure how far to go.

We had to turn back toward Barcelona because the roses in Pas de la Casa Andorran were closed because of heavy snow, which we did not anticipate. My. Argentino who was on duty that night welcomed us with a big hug and a grin. The hotel is spacious and well-kept, the rooms are pleasant, and the suites are what we were looking for the night. Breakfast was poor, but the espresso machine and freshly brewed coffee were just what we needed. The beds and cushions are not really comfortable, and I think it might be different in a variety of rooms. Have fun!.

Staying in June, we were probably one of six bookings that night. Its a huge hotel compared to others in the area and felt a little strange rattling around with the place to ourselves. Considering the size of the bar, dining room, etc. in winter, I believe it's an entirely different story. This place is geared up to take care of a lot of people. Since it was June, we received an excellent rate, including a really good breakfast. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the grounds and pool and mountain views. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. The hotel is just outside town, walkable in about 15 minutes, there is a busy roundabout to negotiate, and on the way there it's uphill, but it was possible. Plenty of free parking.

I recommend staying a few days because this is such a perfect location. The hotel is very friendly, close to the train station. It's quiet, it's the perfect place to unwind. The rooms are quite old and small, but you can spend a weekend there in the hotel's restaurant. You can purchase a night menu and have great price-quality relations.
