The way this reviewer made it look bad, because I forgot my shampoo and conditioner and when I called 2 days later I was told it was either gratuity or thrown out! I don't get my hair brittle when I go out for so many hours, so they put the products on sale for about 30 euros. The cleaning came in when we went and were in town, so if they called I would have brought it with me. It's not good styling, but if you don't forget anything you will live comfortably in an old building. The food is also quite good, and if you buy the big breakfast, you will leave with a full stomach for the days drive in the mountains.

I've been to Camino France three times. The albergue in Roncessvales is a more comfortable place to stay than the apartment. Our rate didn't include food, but the hotel restaurant offered dinner and breakfast. The room was peaceful, clean, and cozy. Dinner was tasty, and the breakfast buffet was only adequate. After staying in the hotel, I felt more at ease and rested.

Exceptional luxury in this restored medieval monastery. I was given a double room which was very spacious with skylights and wifi was good and fast, so I was able to have two virtual meetings there. The continental breakfast for eur 6 had delicious bread and fresh orange juice.

I visited this place on my way from Belgium to Spain. The hotel location was ideal. The room was big and clean. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Breakfast was good but nothing special. I will stay here again. This place is a stop on the Camino Santos.

This is my third visit here. It happens when I go on a walking trip between Santo Agostino and the Camino. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and clean and the beds comfortable.
