The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the overall maintenance of the property is excellent. However, there was a major misunderstanding regarding the breakfast. Before arriving, a staff member informed me that, here in Canada, all hotels include breakfast within the booking. I was very surprised to find out upon arrival that my daughter and I were not included. To build better customer loyalty and win more guests, the hotel should be clearer about this or offer better policies. While the cleanliness was top-notch, the breakfast issue was disappointing."

The hotel was so clean and one the most important thing was the location where it is located. I really enjoyed it and highly recommend to stay there.

Very positive experience, happy with my stay. Wonderful staff, in particular Carles. Spacious and comfortable room, good mattress. Located in a good area of the city on a quiet street, but still close to all amenities, and easy to get to main areas on foot or metro. Would recommend without hesitation.

I truly enjoyed my one week stay at this hotel. In a good area of Barcelona, on a quiet street, easy to get to other parts pf the city, and with many good cafés, restaurants bakeries and shops nearby. The staff was kind, competent, friendly and pleasant, a special mention to Carles. Lovely and spacious room, excellent and comfortable bed, it was a positive experience overall. I would certainly return and would highly recommend.

Quarto limpo, equipe de funcionários super atenciosos, apesar de não dominarmos o espanhol fluentemente, eles foram muito gentis. O hotel é bem localizado perto de uma avenida movimentada e de um MC Donalds.

Room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have a weird incident where the light cover in the bathroom popped as I was exiting the shower. I called reception and they came up to clean itbright away and even offeredbus another room. We declined as we were alreadybsettled and all the glass had been pucked up. Definitely recommend this place.

Todo el personal muy amable. La limpieza de la habitación era diaria y siempre todo impecable. La habitación tiene un closet amplio y funcional. La zona es muy tranquila y llena de comercios. Además muy cerca estaba la estación El Putxet que rápido te lleva a Plaza Catalunya. Nos encantó la estancia y si volvemos a Barcelona sería nuestra primera opción.
