Great Hotel, very clean, staff good too. Well worth a visit, cheap enough and good location. Only issue was that the pool closed at 7.30 PM and the closed at 8:30PM :( But overall quite good

A five-star experience in a three-star hotel! We were genuinely impressed with our stay at Hotel Tropical. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is in a fantastic location. The breakfast was good, but the dinner was outstanding, with plenty of choice and excellent quality food. The gym and pool were both decent, although nothing exceptional, but they certainly didn't take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We spent two nights at Hotel Tropical and two nights at the four-star Vibra S'Estanyol, and honestly, we preferred Hotel Tropical in almost every aspect. It offered better value, friendlier service, and an overall more enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

Adorei minha estadia! O hotel tem excelente localização, funcionários extremamente educados e muito prestativos. Gostaria de destacar o Javier, da recepção, que foi muito atencioso e solícito durante toda a hospedagem. A equipe do café da manhã e do jantar é muito cordial, e o pessoal da limpeza também merece elogios pela gentileza e dedicação. The Tropical was a very pleasant surprise in Ibiza! By surprise I mean, for the price I paid I expected a much more basic hotel but the Tropical was lovely. The room was very modern and a good size, comfy bed, balcony overlooking the pool which was also very nice (a bit cold but that can be a good thing too). The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The AC worked well for the hot days. The location is perfect, close to the west end party area, but not too close that it’s loud. Easy to walk to the port for boat excursions, and the clubs. Safe to walk home at 4am too :) overall I have no complaints, thanks Tropical!

My partner and I have stayed at Hotel Tropical twice now for short 2-night stays in Ibiza, and honestly, I don’t think we’d choose anywhere else. The hotel itself is fairly basic, but the rooms are modern, super clean, and excellent value for money – exactly what you need for a comfortable place to lay your head after partying. The pool area is large with plenty of loungers, the staff are friendly, and they even provide a shower room you can use if you have a late departure, which is a great touch. Overall, it’s a reliable, great-value option in Ibiza, and I’d thoroughly recommend it.

We didnt see towels available at the pool. That would be only thing that could be offered at hotel for guests.

Spent 3 nights here with friends. We arrived earlier than check-in, but were allowed to use the pool facilities and take towels until our rooms were ready. Plenty of sunbeds poolside and food/drink relatively cheap.The rooms were very clean/tidy. Cleaners were in daily. Very helpful at reception with any queries and leaving our bags in the locked travel case room. Good location to walk into the centre, with shops nearby. Overall we were pleasantly surprised, as some of the photos didn't do it justice. I would stay here again.

Ótima localização. Estávamos de carro e conseguimos estacionamentos grátis bem próximo do hotel. O café da manhã e o jantar incluídos no valor da diária ajudou muito em tempos de euro valorizado em relação ao real. Quarto confortável com vista interna. Funcionários muito atenciosos. A piscina é ótima mas academia precisa de revitalização urgente!
