We only had one night here as a result of the Heathrow Airport closure extending our holiday by 24 hours. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic! We’d only booked in around 2pm via Expedia but when we arrived around an hour later our room was ready to go. We’d accidentally booked a twin and they very generously switched us to an upgraded king room, and as we were handed a glass of Cava each we knew we’d made a good choice. The room itself was amazing. Super comfy bed & sofa, and nice loungers and a table outside on the balcony. Plenty of space around the pools to find somewhere to relax, and the drinks/snacks were great. We ate at the Italian restaurant on the lower level, but the upper level seafood place buffet area looked amazing under the fairy lights. There was some live music on, created a nice atmosphere. Food wine all great, and the service we got at the restaurant was above & beyond. Lovely touch having the tiramisu made at your table! It was delicious. Very reasonable prices too which surprised us - we paid more for a far lesser experience down on Fanabe beach. Breakfast buffet had everything you’d want & more & we arranged a late check out to hang around by the pool for the afternoon before our rearranged flight. It was pure chance we ended up at this resort but it turned out to be an amazing way to end a week in Tenerife. Already planning a return trip!

An excellent hotel, really smart and spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful, every one of them. The food was fabulous every day with good variety. The location on the SW of the island is perfect for watching a lovely sunset over La Gomera each evening. €40 taxi to/from the airport takes under 30 minutes.

We’ve stayed here twice now. It’s an ideal place to stay for a few quiet days of relaxing in the sun by one of the pools. There are beaches not far off, but the hotel is on a hill, so the walk can be hard work in hot weather, although the hotel does offer a shuttle service. The rooms a lovely, although old fashioned, but very clean and comfortable - excellent comfortable beds. Also terrific buffet breakfasts to be enjoyed alfresco and I’d recommend half board as the evening meal (also a buffet) is worth having. We will return!

Very nice hotel, lovely sunbathing spaces and pools, attentive friendly staff. Our slight negatives, our side view balcony room had a solid wall to the balcony so when sat down or on sunbed on balcony there was little view to be had. We got food cooking smells early morning from the kitchen , they were preparing breakfast foods, there was little evening entertainment apart from musicians playing in the evening buffet. Walk into town and seafront easy going down hill but more taxing on the return journey uphill. They did have a free shuttle both ways so we booked the return journey three times which was free of charge. Overall a very nice hotel we would happily stay again.
