The apartment was spotless and bright and offered nice facilities. Great place with lovely pool, play area and games. Lots of variety of food. Animation team made the holiday and provided a variety of activities for kids and adults. They were so welcoming and friendly, always grin and energized. The variety show they performed one evening was fantastic! A short distance from the beach, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus. Many local activities.

We were very pleased with how everything was centered around the children, and the staff could not be nicer, especially the restaurants employees, and they served excellent food and a clean hotel. We will return.

We stayed here in August, and we are very pleased with our stay. Some positives are the animation crew, particularly rocky. They are fantastic children's entertainers and fantastic musicians. really impressive. The front desk, bar, and restaurant personnel are quite hospitable and accommodating. Numerous meals and beverages. A free bus service runs between the hotel and the beach, with extremely strong internet connections. Very nice air conditioning that provides a variety of entertainment almost every night we spent the previous 2 weeks. The only downside is the cleaning. Scandalous. We went to the front desk for the first time, I believe it was the third or fourth day of our stay, and complained about the ineffectiveness of the room. They spoke with the cleaner. After giving it another attempt, the cleaner still did not do anything. The front desk fixed another cleaner, and the cleaning improved! Thank you for that! The sun loungers are sticky and stained, but they are still rather dusty. In addition, there was trash around in the pool area, and I discovered used old diapers and straws discarded by some visitors on the ground next to the pool. Even the tables are filthy and haven't been cleaned. Dead flies were discovered in the sink where the restrooms are outside in the pool area. The bathroom doesn't flush very well, but it's fine. This resort has such a great vacation for the money. Excellent lodging with everything you need. The food is excellent, with fresh fish and meat daily, but they always have pizza and chips most meal times, so kids were fine. Breakfast had the usual continental breakfast with cheeses, salami, and ham, among other things. Different yoghurts and cereals, but they had fresh made eggs fried one day, scrambled the next, and then alternating with the option of omelette. Ice cream pots, slushie, and snacks in between meals as much as you desire. But Rocky and his crew are the jewels of the resort. Thank you to Rocky, Feed, Nina, and David, they made the whole family feel special. Baristas, Mia, and Carlos, as well as restaurant staff, yell at Anita. All of them work really hard to keep things moving and working smoothly. The rooms were probably about the right size for 2 adults and 2 children, age 6 and 9. With balconies which could be used for drying costumes and towels at the end of the day, the accommodations were probably the size for two adults and two kids, age 6 and 9. We had an apartment right by the pool, which was convenient access to the bar, pool, and restaurant, which always helps. Awesome vacation. I would return if I could guarantee

In august, we stayed at this hotel, and we were very satisfied. The location of the hotel is very strategic, but it also has an interesting pool. Although the price is reasonable, the food is reasonable and the experience of staying here is great. The atmosphere is created by the entertainment team. Every day, the entertainment team always have a good vibe. Those who are looking for a reasonably priced and relaxing holiday should check out this small, friendly and enjoyable hotel.
