On our arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly man who gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The room was a good size, very clean and a bonus were the double beds in our twin room. The bed was, I have to say the most comfortable I have ever slept in while on holiday. Food was average for us because this hotel catered mainly for Spanish which was disappointing but not the end of the deal. I have to say a little thank you to the 2 lovely ladies mickey bowmen anna they were very friendly and made sure we were on their section. The entertainment was good during the offseason they did their best the guest seemed to enjoy it mainly due to the fact that they understood what was being said sung no english now on the bar staff, in the day they had an elderly man serving who could do with some customer service lessons. He was rude and unfriendly towards us when he realized we were English and had an allinclusive holiday so no money was passed over the bar. The night bar staff were much more friendly and chatty but the main priority was the guests paying for their drinks at the time of ordering. And then there was the noise coming from the other rooms. Unfortunately, the walls are so thin, so you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms. A group of school kids running around the hallways all day was not pleasant, but I think

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Stop Capella Palace and Spa! We had a wonderful vacation here on a package deal reserved through loveholidays for single parents. I stayed full board with my 7-year-old son, and the room we had was large, with two large double beds. To make things simple, I'll make a prison list. The room's size was large, and it was a lovely room Housekeeping came each day to clean towels, empty bins, and make beds Food was nice and a variety, although my son only ate chips on some days he is a little on the funnier side, though! The mini-disco was great, the only drawback was that it only ran on 2 nights a week. My son adored it, and we went both days. We had a beautiful view, and we had a room at the back of the hotel with lots of greenery mountain, I believe. Close to the town and the beach. Super rail links to Barcelona. Around 22 for a two-person return trip. 3 English channels, which was lovely. The pool area was lovely, though very cold! The lifeguard was excellent! Cons air conditioning was pumping hot air. Although we weren't near the lifts during our stay, we could hear them dizzying every time they stopped at any floor, including the floor I was on

During our six-night visit, we came to the hotel on March 3 and were greeted by a kind man at the front desk, who provided all the details we needed about how the facilities were used throughout our visit. The rooms were pleasant and spacious, with 2 large double beds that were very comfortable. At night, there is hardly any noise, and I slept soundly. The cleaning staff was really nice, and daily fresh towels were provided. Amazing restaurant personnel who were welcomed with a bottle of water or wine every lunch or dinner time. Excellent choice, variety, and quality of cuisine. Even for the wittiest of people, there was always something to eat, so even for the weirdest of people, and it was very well marked for food allergies. The entertainment crew has made a huge effort and attended to the tastes of the visiting holidaymakers. Although there were lots of older French and Spanish people there when there were so much singing and line dancing, we didn't understand a word of what was being sung but enjoyed it anyway. The bar staff is lovely, a big thank you to Pedro who may appear grumpy but did an excellent job and always served high quality drinks while also keeping me well supplied with nice coffees in the wet weather. He started speaking more towards the end of the holiday and on our last day he waved goodbye and gave us a lovely smile.

We were here with a group of friends. First, let's talk about the positives. The personnel are largely pleasant and helpful. Oskar deserves a special mention, he can brighten any day! There is a lovely sun terrace with a jacuzzi on the 1 st floor, this is supposed to be an adult-only area, but there were kids up there the majority of the time we went. To be fair, they were well behaved, but I can imagine that in the height of summer, some visitors might not like this if they booked with this adult-only area in mind. The rooms are outdated, but for the price we paid it was to be expected, however the exterior table and chairs were filthy, plastic, so they would be easy to wipe down and clean. Our balcony faced the road and there was a grass verge full of litter, making it uncomfortable to sit and stare. Two disposable masks and a spoon were shoved into the air conditioning vent, which were really visible and should be removed. The worst part of the meal was that it was extremely cold. We paid all inclusive and had to go to the bar to be served, which is fine, but when the waiter returned with a table order that got prioritized and we were just left standing there. Even though I was also paying 5 per drink to upgrade to branded spirits, it was not
