We needed a warm and relaxing break in a family friendly hotel and the Iberostar Lanzarote did not disappoint. The kids club run by friendly multilingual professional staff who knew my daughter by name right away, at least 4 kid friendly pools, dedicated children's play area, quick access to the child friendly beach and the staff couldn't do enough to support every aspect of our stay. The fantastic cuisine for adults with a wide variety buffet does not do it justice the variety and quality are outstanding, and the waiting staff is very responsive to all needs, areas for adults away from children, spa, sports area etc. The panorama of the ocean is stunning. I can't think of anything that can be improved this trip, only wish I had booked for longer.

We had a leisurely 5-day stay in a standard side-sea view room, and after visiting three other hotels in Playa Blanca before, we moved on to this one. The entire hotel's courteous and diligent staff provides the most excellent service, I can truly say. We weren't let down, which is what I can honestly state. There is marked a number of ingredients and cuisine that is vegan, gluten, and sugar free. Each day at noon and in the evening, cooks must deliver special foods such as fish and seafood. There is a lot of personnel to take drinks orders and remove plates in an exceptionally clean space. The pool bar is a sports bar, which is very attentive and efficient with quick table service in case it is required. We were assigned a room that overlooks the kids pool activity area on the 3 rd level and had two showers, toilets, mirrors, etc. The entertainment was adequate even though it was not ideal for a couple on vacation without their children. The pool areas are not of high prestige, and you can always get a sunbed, but there are not enough parasols. However, there were a lot of children, mostly under the age of 15. It was quite quiet. This is a hotel that is not for couples and only for young families, not for young families. The staff was really nice. We recently returned from the hotel. Because we very well know Playa Blanca, the hotel itself is quite spotless. Because we stayed for 14 nights on a be-billed basis. We preferred to dine out in one of the many excellent restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of food, despite the loud restaurant. I don't like the system of restaurants, such as the Star Prestige area. It was very noisy around the pools because of a lot of families with children. There was no coffee facilities in the room unless you pay extra. There were no areas ie bars that were only for adults where you could unwind and non-carrying around. Pool umbrellas were inadequate for sun protection, and it was first come, first serve. I won't be returning.

This place is wonderful. We stayed at the end of April to start of May on a half board basis in the star prestige area, and what a fantastic hotel this is. Everything was spotless clean, the staff worked very hard, were all very friendly and friendly and the food was lovely. I will definitely stay there again.
