In early November, my wife and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. Three iberostar properties comprise the hotels complex, namely, the playa, the palace, and the park. Although not cheap, gravitas Park is the least expensive. First impressions weren't great at first, the hotel lobby and reception were rather small and unwelcoming. But the front desk personnel was really pleasant and helpful. When we arrived, the hotel lobby and reception were both fairly small and unwelcoming. I was initially unhappy that the towel cards would cost 20 each, I assumed this practice was over, it was just a shock. It was a little annoyed that the battery-powered room safe only charges 3 times a day. The accommodation was horrible and basic. We paid for a partial sea view, which we received. This ought to be the norm in a fourstar hotel. The room was poor and very simple. We had a small room with plenty of closet space and a kitchenette. We had a junior suite with cooking amenities in the room. We did not utilize the microwave, oven, fridge, and sink because we were all inclusive. The restroom was very lovely. Broken shower hose, broken tiles, black outside the bath. I just don't understand very much English but I wasn't there to watch tbh. However, most resorts now have access to Netflix etc.

I highly suggest this hotel to families with children. It is safe, has excellent service, and good food. It offers very good childcare and a nice pool with toys for kids. Great bar in the evening. Will come back there in the future.

I did this for the first time traveling as a family with all inclusive and I would do it again. The hotel was spacious, and very nice activities for the whole family. The staff was very helpful, and even though the hotel was full, the pools were spacious and enough space for all guests. The buffet was amazing every day.

That's a wonderful location! Our threemember family, including our 2 yearold son, had a fantastic time here. We utilized the jet, and it was a relaxing, straightforward experience. After a relatively lengthy onehour and 45minute transfer from the airport, we reached the neighborhood in the late afternoon. I advise some fun activities for the coach ride if you have kids. After a lengthy journey from the uk, we even received some bubbles as a welcome drink, which went down well. Our room was a fair-sized suite, which was a wonderful addition! As we wanted to observe it after our infant had gone asleep, we had to move it to the bedroom. We had a tiny kitchenette, which I didn't anticipate. It included a kitchen sink and a refrigerator microwave, which were helpful. The restroom was a good-sized, powerful shower. It seemed more typical during the summer months, when it was busier. It was extremely enjoyable for everyone because the smaller, heated baby pool was particularly wide at one point. My son also liked the vast pool because it was so shallow at one end. One lunchtime, I went swimming in water aerobics, which was satisfying. The bathrooms cleanliness was decent, and it was a fantastic size with a powerful shower. Excellent hotel, superb personnel, great food, and nice weather. In all areas, the staff is fantastic, with fantastic pools one of which is a lot warmer than the other but with enough space for everyone. Possibly the finest cuisine weve ever had in an allinclusive, and although the eatery area isnt particularly large, it never felt overcrowded. The entertainment personnel put in a lot of effort to provide a variety of activities, and some evening spectacles are rife. The evening spectacle ends at 10 p.m., but there is nothing after that. Only background music is present in the bar. Even though we had paid for a sea view suite on the top level with a beautiful view, the room we had was primarily furnished, so I'm wondering if the upgrade was worthwhile. Everything was very clean, and the hotel could use some freshening up, a bit of paint, and maybe some more modern furniture. There were lots of sun loungers and it was great to have some shops on site because it was quite a walk from the nearest shops and so steep. 3040 minutes was about 1520 minutes to the local spar or the far end of Bandit Playa, however there are some bars and restaurants on the way to stop for a drink. Transfer time is 6090 minutes because it is a fair trip from the airport, but it is well worth it
