If only the quality of the mattress need to be changed and sleep quality was bad. For rest, a great time to relax with family. Nice pool, quiet zone and near Badajoz with plenty of options.

We were upgraded to a junior suite when the assigned room overlooked the pool. We have become more adept at seeing the room before getting our luggage from unknown car locations. This room was remodeled inside but the terrace needs improvement. We actually had three terraces. The only issue was the absence of a table and chairs, but we moved some furniture outside and made it work for our needs. Yes, there are still problems with bird droppings, but you can't blame the hotel for that! We enjoyed the cafe service by the pool and had most of our meals there. Food is good. The staff is nice. Good options for breakfast as well. We took a taxi into Badajoz for less than 20 euros. Clean, refreshing pool. The hotel really needs to add terrace seating in their rooms. Otherwise a good choice for the neighborhood.

Because this is a four-star hotel, this hotel could be better. Better maintenance and more varied breakfast options are possible. However, the price and facilities are decent for 2 or 3 days if you simply want to unwind and enjoy the pool. Or golf. Don't recommend if you want to go sightseeing because there is nothing close to the hotel.

One thing that made it stand out was the excellent service provided by ina front desk. She went above and beyond in her service. truly made our stay extra comfortable. five-star service. The hotel was spacious and comfortable. The room is not refurbished but it is very clean. We thought the room was a bit cold even with the heater but were provided extra blankets almost immediately. One thing I must mention is that the sofa rollout bed was so squeaky the person could not move or everyone would wake up. Other than that everything was fine. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. It was also quite large. Breakfast was a global breakfast and was quite plentiful. So unless you are very picky, there is something for everyone to be pleased with. Parking is directly outside the hotel and free which was a first because most hotels charge for parking.

Quality hotel, easy parking, comfortable rooms, hard mattresses typical of European hotels, good breakfast, golf facilities on site, not used, gated complex secure, very quiet area, nice outdoor pool closed in winter.
