Stayed for a quick city break, took the metro from the airport 4 minutes walk to the hotel, and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Had billiards which many hotels dont offer at reasonable prices all you can eat breakfast to prepare us for the day. Will be back.

I stayed here for just under a week. The receptionists, candelas and marionna, were very kind and helpful with any questions i had! The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I was greeted warmly by the really nice staff serving breakfast every morning and even if they saw me walking around the hotel all day they still said good morning super clean rooms. Thank you marlon for cleaning my room every day and making sure my bed was always made, new towels were provided and the fridge was constantly stocked with water! Thankyou for letting me have u.

The hotel is nice and has good amenities. Very helpful. The only downside is that they pull a day before arrival one day deposit while they say on the website you can pay at the counter.

The location is not central, but you can take the tube nearby that takes you to the center in 20 minutes. And then, the breakfast was amazing. After that, they provide transportation service to and from the airport. Subsequently, this place has a nice cleanliness. Thereafter, employees are warm. Hereupon, theres amiable staff. Last one is, room is spotless.

The majority of the staff had positive attitudes, and the service was excellent. And then, the hotel has a bathroom that sometimes feels like spa hotels. After that, its not cheap, but its close to the stadium. Subsequently, parking isnt cheap.

I had a great time here. Excellent location, very clean and nice hotel in secluded, uncrowded area. It is easily accessible and well connected to public transportation. I wholeheartedly endorse it. The breakfast was delicious. Very nice restaurant.

This place is a solid choice for lodging. The rooms are limited if you enjoy cold rooms, but the breeze from the window will cool things down. There are excellent breakfast options.

A decent hotel with an oldstyle design that is conveniently located near two metro stations, both the airport and the city center, and nestled in a residential area. We booked i had stayed in my family room because we were traveling with kids, it was spacious enough. The bathroom and toilet areas were large and adequate. There was vfm and tv in the breakfast buffet, which had an excellent spread with several options.

We had a great time during our stay. Although the hotel was dated, it appears to be being renovated and having renovations right now. Our room was spacious, spotless, and wellkept, always indicating that reserving is going to go well. The bed was quite large and cozy. Breakfast was excellent, which we had. All of the staff members were courteous, helpful, or kind.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. I was on the second floor and there seemed to be an odor coming from the bathroom. Breakfast was just ok and far inferior to last years omelets made to order. The hotel restaurant seems to have some renovations so expect workers in the lobby.

I would stay here again. Javier is a star, multitasking and friendly. Other staff are friendly and well trained. Large wellappointed rooms. Excellent housekeeping. Clean throughout. Spa overpriced. Breakfast cold all 3 days. Location fine if you dont mind taking buses into the center.
