This hotel is right off Plaza Mayor, next to a ton of diverse streets with great food and bars! Its really close to shopping, cafes, and museums. Walk everywhere is very easy. The hotel employees are fantastic. We were Englishspeaking visitors and Roberto and Paloma spoke English and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensured a good stay in Vallavadolid and Spain as a whole. When we first checked in, Roberto showed us a map of the city and wrote down everything he thought we should go to the city and any restaurants we might like in detail. Paloma was great and helped us find a hotel in Madrid that wasnt even a part of the chain and called several hotels to ensure we got the best location and price possible. very pleasant. The only thing that wasnt 100% great was that the double single bed room we had was quite small. But it was very comfortable and as we were gone for most of the day it wasnt a problem. The next time we are in Valladolid, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

This hotel was designed in the 1950 s, just off Plaza Mayor in the heart of Valladolid. We could count more restaurants, stores, and bars within walking distance than we could count. The rooms have undergone some modernization and are spotless, but in ours people could be heard in the streets, particularly at night when they were signing loudly. Eggs are cooked to order for breakfast that is available free each morning, which is a plus. As with Valladolid in general, only a few staff members can speak some English, but we did manage to get by.

This is a lovely hotel. The dining room and hallways feature vintage columns from the a prior palace. Paloma is the true star of the show as a staff member. She goes above and beyond to be incredibly helpful. She made sure I was taken care of when I left because I was going home alone. It is centrally located in the old town. There was a charming Christmas market and the plaza was ringed with restaurants and stores as well as a long pedestrian shopping plaza with anything you could want, including groceries. The only thing I wished for was a coffee maker in the room, but that is probably an American thing anyway.

Everything is within walking distance, great location. Paloma sat down with us when we arrived and mentioned the sights and suggested tapas and restaurants. The receptionist, Roberto, was also very helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We were not disturbed by noise. Breakfast was included with freshly cooked fresh orange juice eggs. Good experience and recommended.
