This hotel has a fantastic location, close to restaurants, a large shopping centre, and the city of the arts and sciences. However, the room has a large size. Despite being a little old and dull, the room is spacious and tidy. In the bathroom, it is spotless. In the shower, the water pressure and hot water are high. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The presentation was adequate. The breakfast was average. Overall, a good stay despite the excellent location. Would stay here again.

This hotel has an excellent location and budget. The rooms are immaculately clean. I have an upgraded room to a penthouse room on the first floor with a balcony and views of Valentina. The price is very affordable and you will come back.

Overall, a good experience, clean rooms, a nice bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The pool is great for relaxing between exploring the lovely city, a good bar with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. It's always a few people who feel the need to leave towels on sun loungers even though they are clearly not there, but that's hard to control from the hotel perspective. Overall, we would recommend this hotel and use it again in Valentine's Day.

This is an outstanding hotel, luxurious in many ways, in a great location and vital to many sites in this amazing city of arts and sciences. The room offers a lot of space, is well appointed, and tastefully decorated. Without a doubt the best! The rooms had fast internet access, a fridge, a safe, a small screen, closets with mirror doors, a comfortable desk space, and good bedding. The bathroom had excellent toiletries and lovely floor heating. It was difficult to distinguish a hotel's shower head and we had to be aware of a slick tub. The clicker for the to used the new system of categories rather than channels, so we finally gave up on it. As well, the air conditioner fan was high, making it difficult to increase the speed. The hotel is close to several cultural events in the city, including the new suspension bridge, a block from a multistory retail mall grocery store in the basement, and several pharmacies and cafes. Definitely in a great location!.

A great location, close to the city of arts and sciences, a large shopping center, and restaurants. The room is in a good condition, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Dinner was quite good and had big portions. Overall, a really good place to stay due to the location, which is a bonus. Will certainly return and suggest to everyone.
