I highly recommend this place. I'll start by saying that I am a titanium Marriott member so I have stayed at a variety of Marriott hotels. The Foxy is very unique. It has a distinct vibe from other Marriott hotels but in a positive way depending on what you're looking for. I'll add that it is in a great location that's close to everything. I want to thank the excellent bartender, Ted! My experience with this young man was amazing. My stay was made possible by his friendly personality and excellent conversation. He was an extremely attentive and informed professional. I admired his bartending skills, attentiveness to all of his customers suggestions for his favorite beverages, which, I must say, were delicious! He also noted how well he kept his bartender spotless. Ted has absolutely exceeded all of my expectations as a bartender!.

A great comfortable room away from the direct action but 10 minute walk to Bourbon Street so very convenient. The reception staff is hospitable and enthusiastic. Amber, kai, jerome, and trishaw are amazing! The staff provided activity and dinner suggestions and made us feel welcome. Complementary drink upon arrival and light breakfast options for guests. I would definitely recommend it for a celebratory weekend.

The rooms themselves were excellent. I arrived in town for a lot of fun at the French Quarter Festival. I had to reserve the room about 8 months before the event. I initially went into my room thinking huh. Its a bit odd, but the space turned out to be perfect. All of my stuff is normally in the closet, but there is no closet. However, everything was there to make the room work for me. The air conditioning worked well, which was essential for a no visit. The hotel is quiet, and no one was there. The bed was cozy. So, having a restful night out contributed to good rest. The total thing wasnt too difficult because it was only a mile walk from all of the festival activities. The staff was helpful and friendly. The lobby bar was also pretty lovely. While the location is different, it works.

Quirky hotel with no drawers or cupboards, only hooks on the wall, just lived out of the case. It was just for one night so I wouldn't want to stay there longer than a couple of nights clean but small no safe lively reception area close to Bourbon it area nice friendly staff
