We have a great experience and will return. This was a trip for myself and my 20 year old son. The location is strategic to all local amenities. The staff is very friendly and can't do enough to help you.

The positive aspects of this place are the courteous and accommodating personnel. The pool area is adequate, however, you must pay a deposit for the towel and a one euro fee each time you change it. You may hear traffic noise while sitting on your balcony because it is on a busy street. A supermarket and vending services were nearby's plus points. My accommodation was modest but spotless and roomy, despite the fact that my friends' rooms were abysmal in some areas and required a remodel. I had booked an all-inclusive reservation hoping to eat three meals a day, but I struggled due to the poorer quality of the food. The food was bland, cold, mainly chips, pizza, pasta, salads, and hard meats. A microwave was then provided. I struggled to make sense of my stay because I anticipated better because of the exorbitant fees tui charged me. Evening entertainment was performed outdoors, so if it rained, it wasn't there. Most of the Dutch Germans are residents here. Being well traveled, this was not a pleasant stay, but just fine.

This hotel was a lovely location to stay in. My celiac disease made me extremely anxious about the food. I talked with Gerald shortly after my first visit to the restaurant, with much help from Pepe. Gerald quickly explained what I could consume. Anyone who was working on the restaurant's cuisine each evening would call Gerald from the kitchen to let him know what they could provide. Gerald would bring me some cooked from the kitchen if I requested anything with sauce on it. Gerald would cook some rice pudding for me because I couldn't have eaten any of the deserts on the counter. The entire restaurant staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Pepe was extremely helpful and would always come and ask if I was okay. He was all very courteous and took the time to speak with us. Luis was constantly very accommodating, always smiling and happy. They were also very wonderful. Every morning, I would have my gluten-free bread and toaster ready for me. There were also tiny cakes. Once more, they would also laugh with us. Thank you to everyone who worked there for two weeks and were really fantastic. Everyone in the hotel would say, "hola, wherever you were in the hotel. Happy, friendly employees. Our room was nice and big with a kettle and refrigerator in it. We didn't use the pool much because we liked the beach, but when we did, it was fine. Music was

Overall, it was a good experience and a pleasant time to relax at the hotel. The food was quite good, but not everything. There was always something to eat. But most of the food wasn't well-seasoned. Especially the fish wasn't good. Would have enjoyed some salmon or beef. The pizza and Italian food in general were always the best. The pool area was lovely. However, I didn't like that smoking could take place everywhere outside. Smoking people were sitting in front of the dining room, which I didn't like because you could smell the cigarettes everywhere and all the time. The evening's entertainment was average. There were a few ideas that I liked. For example, the movie quiz night, but it was mostly in Spanish and I could not even understand parts in English. It would have been better if the music in the movie would play until someone raises their hand. Otherwise, the time to hear the music and think about the solution was too short. Finally, if you want to have a good night, let the people dance. Create enough dance area and add some beautiful lights there. There was a party atmosphere, but without a designated dance area where you could feel free to dance it didn't really work out.
