Parties or similar events are not allowed in the apartment. To access the apartment, you will need a smartphone with internet connection. The tenant will be required to sign a temporary rental agreement. This contract will reflect the original booking conditions and must specify the rental period, confirming that the purpose of the stay is not for permanent residence or use as a primary home.
