Im not sure why this place gets so many 1star reviews. My wife and i thought this hotel was actually pretty good. We had a room with sytayed bedroom and living room. The bathroom was nice and clean. Although the bed is softer than expected, he still slept well. I guess people are upset because they missed their flight and had to stay the night. And after reading some reviews, im guessing people expect to spend some time in ten star hotels. In any case, it turned out to be ok. Because my wife got to explore the city and sample some delicious food, we didnt have to eat the dinner that was provided at the hotel. However, when we did get to enjoy breakfast, she was more than happy. Any free breakfast at an american hotel would be better with this breakfast. They had plenty of cheese, meat, bread, fruits, and more. Overall, our experience was fantastic and we were given

Overall, i can recommend the hotel. They took me on quite spontaneously, and checkin went without any issues. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I had everything ive needed in their utilities, the room was clean. It was also enjoyable to dine at the restaurant, because the food was fresh and the staff were also friendly.

My stay was really great, so i decided to comment here to balance out some of the extremely unfavorable reviews ive read. Nearly 50 people arrived at the hotel at 9 pm after missing our icberia flight connection, and the checkin line was long. The two young ladies at reception sped up the process by giving out dinner vouchers so that no one missed dinner (closing at 10 pm), which was a fantastic idea. Dinner and breakfast were of excellent quality and diversity, the room was clean, on time and very wellorganized, as was the shuttle to the airport the next morning. Additionally, internet was very fast in the lobby (sadly not in my room, up to 100 Mbps, making it easy for me to hold remote meetings. There is also he large covered pool, which despite my attempts, looked nice. Furthermore, there was good construction going on and renovating and improving the hotels decor, adding to its appeal. Of course, this location is not ideal, but for airport emergencies like missed flights, it was quite good!.

The airport is a 15minute shuttle ride away. A sizable tour bus arrives every hour. Around 30 other passengers who had missed their flights at barajas arrived at 2245. Although the checkin process was slow, the staff was friendly. They prepared brown sack lunches because their restaurant closes at 11 p. M. It must have been called in advance. There were chocolate, chips, yogurt, and sandwich among others. The room included tv, refrigerator, small sized televison, air conditioning, as well as utensils for dining and eating. Ive stayed in one of the cleanest and quietest hotels this year. Plenty of hot water for showering was available, thanks to the excellent air conditioner. This is unquestionably resembling essentially dormstyle hotel with no frills construction. Since our flight in the morning was too early to get to that restaurant, they also provided fried rice for breakfast. Even though i didnt have to pay for my stay this time, if ive needed to stay close to it, im definitely going back.

The room was clean, the bed was not the best, we went there after a flight was canceled and they gave us prepaid vouchers for this hotel. There were many people in line to check in. The guy who was supposed to let us checkin took forever, but the rest was fine. They had ok dinner and breakfast and the staff were helpful.

Iberia put me in this hotel because it was delayed. The rooms are nice, they have kettles and tea, and they also have a great shower with slippers and towelling robes. But i guess thats me. If you are making your way from the airport by taxi, make sure you mention it as it is the melia airport hotel suites because we were taken to another one with the same name as our voucher did not have much information on it because its just said airport suite. Dont forget the meal if you arrive late or leave early because everything is just flimsy brown paper bags with rather plastic sandwiches. However, the very kind staff did manage to prepare some non meat additions since ive vegetarian. I hadnt said anything, but to be fair, at 13.00 they would have been closed anyhow to arrange, however they tried. And made the entire flight delay. All the facilities and staff are excellent. Passable.
