Definitely will come back. Nice hotel, friendly staff, free parking, free wifi, delicious buffet, lots of choices, very good pool. Everything is great.

We have to say that we had to wait a while to reserve this place because of the terrible ratings. Despite the recent poor reviews, we were extremely impressed with this hotel. We may have been awakened by the coronavirus, but we don't see any problems with the rooms, cuisine, or amenities. They had to print out the tickets for all of the attractions, so it did take some time to get a reservation. It was a disgrace for vegetarians to see 8 wonderful paellas that were a once. The family enjoyed themselves just up the highway and it's only a few hours.

This place is not a place for rest. On the plus side, the rooms were good. It is good. That's not terrible. But it wasn't 4 star luxury! We stayed here to attend the Benicassim festival. This place wasn't as good as it could have been. The hotel proprietors have certain things that they can't do without receiving a million-pound refund. But there are some things they can easily do. Let's start with the latter. Check-in is the longest check-in you've ever had. We had a few bookings missing and one guest was sent to a room with other guests. This needs to be streamlined. This is not difficult because most other hotels are able to do it. The roof is dirty where people have dropped towels, brushes heads, nappies, and much more. There are few things they can not fix, but you need to know about 1. The resort is my theory. It was amazing once. It is extremely antiquated. It is also crowded with families. The hotel pool is constantly crowded. Don't come here for a quiet getaway. On the plus side. The rooms were satisfactory. The hotel photograph attached basically explains everything. The t is broken, and one of the four stars doesn't light up, making it 3 stars. It wasn't terrible. But, it wasn't
