The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request.Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement.This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence.It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.Rental cots are available for €35 per stay.
