Excellent situation, with a lovely pool area on the roof. Since the pool area lacks a bar, we were only able to drink from it. The shower was powerful and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was tasty, and the personnel was polite. Although our room had no balcony, who is willing to stay in the room given that we are in Bednidorm?.

Even though there are so many spanish people there even at the reception, this hotel has such lovely personnel. Moreover, the hotel was so good with the food, and the personnel so friendly. There is no view whatsoever from room 110 that faces the room. We still cannot see the shaft of the air conditioner because it is so hot, plus all the air conditioning units will directly enter the rooms right over it. Even though the room was spotless with no view from the room opposite that our room 110 had. It's too noisy to stand on the balcony.

I think this is a great hotel. This hotel is very recommended. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a place of comfort. I am an independent travel agent and stayed here in bug bug in the room 1519. The air condition in the room is very cool. The food was very delicious with a variety of options and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

Excellent english breakfast. My recent nine-day stay is over. I have a balcony upon request and a room available at 11. Very neat and tidy. Like most of the well-established hotels one visits these days, it is a little antiquated. The hotel is situated in the old town. This part of Belidorm is increasingly popular, and Spanish pensioners are the main users. The personnel was extremely helpful, particularly the breakfast waiter, who was not only quick and efficient but also always gave you a warm greeting. Excellent English breakfasts. I would stay there again.

The room we had was like a tombstone. The room was 109 and it was at the back of the hotel in a very dark condition. The kitchen's extractor was outside our window so it started to go on early in the morning, went off after lunch, and came back on around 60 am till late. The window rattled so loudly we were unable to open the window to get fresh air. The food was good and the staff was very friendly. Nice rooftop pool.
