I cant express how wonderful our stay at this hotel was. We stayed for 3 nights and the service, rooms and all experience exceeded our expectations. I have stayed in many hotels in barcelona, but this one made our trip very pleasant. Javier casanova, the hotel manager, was one of the most amazing guides in the city, he booked all the restaurants at the last minute and made all arrangements. Special treatment at checkout, cant complain about anything to be honest. I will definitely come back to the hotel next year when we come to the ise exhibition. Thank you very much.

I would absolutely recommend booking, its worth it, trust me. The rooms are an occasion, not a place to sleep. Breakfast is delicious, as is the staff. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool.

Overall, the hotel is excellent, and i heartily endorse it. The hotels location is quite distinctive because it is situated in a bustling neighborhood with numerous retail establishments and restaurants. The breakfast is excellent and varied, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The room service personnel were a little sluggish after the first two days of service, but the cleanliness was firstrate.

The hotel is excellent and conveniently located in the town center, close to stores, bars, restaurants, and the metro. I spent one night there for a quick getaway. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Paul, who showed us our room and was very knowledgeable about the hotel and the city. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of meats, cheeses, bread, salads, cereals, and hot dishes. The dinner menu was also excellent, as was the cocktail bar. Beautiful food terrace with a pool. The rooms were spacious, with very comfortable beds. Very quiet and very luxurious. The only issue was the unusual setup of the glass screen separating the shower and bedroom, making it awkward to bathe in private if sharing a room, but the staff was accommodating and arranged for a curtain to be installed to provide cover.

The staff was amazing and very attentive throughout our stay. Javier casanova was the concierge and much more. His recommendations, personal touch and character made you feel like you knew him forever. The lounge and food were also very good with outdoor patio seating and rooftop seating near the pool all day and night. Very good vibe to the hotel, rooms were immaculate every day with turn down service each evening. The location, amenities, cleanliness and staff were amazing.

Updated review of the hotel. Excellent location with sleek and modern interiors. The layout of the room is excellent. We had a few issues with the room, but the staff promptly and professionally fixed them. I also like to mention that the location is ideal, the hotel itself is modern, and the common areas are also very nice. We had a great meal at one of the restaurants. However, on the first night, we were awakened to the toilet running again, making more noise. We notified the desk once more. This time, we spoke with maria, the customer experience manager, and she apologized very much and offered to upgrade us to a junior suite for the remainder of our stay. We accepted her offer and also received a nice bottle of cava. The new room was fantastic, although the air conditioning could have been cooler, which wasnt a big deal because it was still cool at night. Thank you to maria and the front desk staff for jumping in to resolve the issues.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The hotel was spotless, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We adored the various amenities they offered, including the drinks that they offered when you first entered, and there was even a dj playing music as we entered. We were visiting barcelona for the first time, so i heartily suggest this location to everyone! A special thank you to javier casanova for going above and beyond what was expected!.

I havent visited the pool or breakfast yet, but from what ive seen so far, i cant wait! The reception staff gave the hotel such a warm welcome, they were really thoughtful and attentive. The dj in the reception area created a wonderful atmosphere alongside the metal statues, and we were also given a glass of cava, which was much appreciated after our journey. The junior suite is fantastic, with lovely decor, spaciousness, and comfort, and i appreciated the conveniences like lip balm. The bar downstairs had a lovely atmosphere, and the bartender was attentive and informed about the available drinks.

This hotel is very elegant and modern. The food was delicious. The atmosphere is great here. Maya morpurgo at the front desk was very helpful and gave us great food recommendations and helped us get an early check in. She also advised us on other hotels the company owns in different cities and we plan to stay at their hotel in the city of mexico as a result. The other staff there were polite and professional. Our room was nice and cool, and the decor was very modern and nice. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting spain, and we will definitely come back to me hotel here!.
