Good sized, well equipped, clean apartment, slightly tired in parts although everything worked as it should. A lot quieter than some hotels I've stayed in!! Excellent location, would definitely book here again.

Når vi kom der følte vi oss allerede uvelkommen. Eneste rengjøringen vi fikk var at ho kom inn å tok med seg noen tomflasker.

This was the worst experience of accomodation ever. This hostel was terrible. There was dirt everywhere. In the kitchen there was a lot of water on a floor from the fridge. Very noisy hostel. We couldn't sleep all the days of our stay because of loudly and noisy neighbours. You can here everything. Non functional airconditioner. Very dirty bathroom. Unpleasant smell in the rooms. Crazy crazy crazy! Don't go there. Can't recommend to anyone.

No son serios y además son poco amables, no tiene ascensor a pesar de qué lo dice en su información, el Wi-Fi no funciona, no tienen persona de atención en recepción, cuándo uno se comunica con ellos además de ser muy poco amables son nada profesionales. La persona de limpieza muy poco cortés y prepotente también. Nada recomendable.

We arrived in Kensington Apartments on the 2nd of August. The first impression was terribl: we called to be sure that the room was ready and they told us to call another person, which was really mean. Once arrived the first thing we noticed was that the room wasn’t the one in pictures, but it was different and not as tidy as it seems on internet. We were in a triplete and there was two room (a proper room and a living room made up as a room). We went to sleep and in half an hour the two girls in the bed room realized they were covered of bugs. We took the lines of and many bugs went out. We killed about 40 bugs and more and more were coming out. It was 3 a. m. but sleeping there was unbearable. We called the receptionist and she firstly said us she couldn’t do anything till morning, then, when we insisted, she came out with the idea of changing our apartment. We moved in Las Palamos Apartments (in Palma Nova) at 4.30, once arrived we took a shower and one of the girl had the bugs in her hair. Terrible. Even if the solution came fast, the problem it self shouldn’t exist. Also because there were so many bugs and there were signs in the structures of the beds, so the bugs have been there probably for a long time and I can’t understand how they pretend to do not have noticed them.

Die Lage des Apartments- bezogen auf die Strandnähe- ist wirklich sehr gut. Es sind tatsächlich keine 2 min Fußweg und man ist an einem wunderschönen, sehr familiären Strand. Auf der anderen Seite ist eine „Partymeile“ auch in direkter Nähe, sodass man abends wirklich keine Ruhe findet. Die Lautstärke hat sich teilweise bis in die Morgenstunden gezogen. Kommen wir zum Hotel/Apartment: Die Verwalterin/Besitzerin ist wirklich eine Zumutung. Sie spricht NUR spanisch. Sie hatte keine Skrupel, uns beim Einchecken vor die Tür zu setzen, da wir sie und die Kosten, die sie von uns wollte, nicht verstanden haben. Sie ist wirklich sehr unprofessionell und unfreundlich. Des weiteren wurde uns ein WLAN Passwort gegeben, welches nicht funktionierte. Als wir die Dame aufsuchten, um das richtige Passwort zu kriegen, gab es erneut sprachliche Barrieren und auf unsere Aussage „Wir haben das WLAN (mit)bezahlt“ , hat sie uns die Tür vor der Nase zugeschlagen. Wir haben uns bereits vor Ort bei Expedia beschwert und auf Anraten der Kundenhotline Fotos und Videoaufnahmen gemacht. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, da waren unsere Erwartungen von Anfang an relativ niedrig. Teilweise war unser Zimmer nicht ganz sauber, es lagen fremde Haare auf dem Bett und die wenigen Fotos, die man im Internet über dieses Hotel findet, entsprachen nicht der Realität. Dieses Hotel ist lediglich für diejenigen geeignet, die günstig und nur zum Schlafen ein Ort in Magaluf benötigen.

Este hotel es horrible, el personal que es una mujer terrorífica de mal trato. No es lo que se muestra en las Fotos. Habitación con mal olor, lugar en mal estado, sin vista, internet pésimo, no te dan boleta y hacen cobros extra. No lo recomiendo por ese precio hay muchos mejores.
