The location and service are both excellent, especially if you have to catch a train from atocha. Breakfast is of high quality and is simple in europe.

This hotel is a good choice for business travelers looking for something practical and not too expensive in madrida. The rooms are clean and comfortable but tinier than expected, which is not an actual inconvenience if you travel alone, or fewer unless you are accompanied by sex. A subway station can be reached on foot from the hotel.

The location is good, but the rooms are small. The sound insulation could also be improved. There is a major bus transport hub in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was significantly inferior to those we have enjoyed in other hotels in nh - and for less money!.

The staff and service were amazing! Even though the rooms are cozy, they are comfortable and clean. The location is not close to many restaurants and attractions, but its very convenient to the train station. Breakfast was very good.

The location is very close to atocha station. It works perfectly for a onenight transition in madride. Close to retiro park, museo de reina Sofia, and mr. National del parado.

Our family of four reserved two rooms in this lovely hotel for our onenight stay in madrida. It was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and in the ideal location for us (right across from the train station and less than a 30minute walk from everything we wanted to see in Madrid). We had to adjust our flights due to the weather when we arrived very early, but Pedro and his crew were incredibly accommodating in storing our luggage and then getting our rooms ready much earlier than the usual checkin time. I cant express how grateful we were after traveling with two children for nearly 24 hours. The breakfast was excellent, with dozens of options that pleased everyone in our group. When i used the fancy coffee maker, the lady who ran the breakfast area was so kind and assisted me to use it. In addition to being quite helpful and kind, they were all extremely nice and helpful. On future trips, we would undoubtedly stay here again and will make sure to look for more nh hotels.

This hotel is easily accessible and conveniently located near the train station in madrida. The facilities are welldeserved, and its a tidy and pleasant hotel. Breakfast was also excellent, with sanitizing atmosphere. I highly recommend it for travelers with large luggage.
