This is an ideal location for staying in Madrid literally a very short hop to Gran Via and the vibrance of the immediate area. As a dinosaur of technology it was a learning curve initially navigating the registration and then entry, but by the end of my stay i was wandering in and out like a local. Immaculately clean, and well equipped, with a great shower/ bathroom facility , large wardrobe for hanging / clothing, safe and a bijou balcony to watch over the Calle Fuencarral. Its located in an area full of great shops, bars and restaurants. The immediate surroundings felt very safe. Transport links are brilliant with Gran Via metro literally 50m from the front door. My only minor inconveniences were that the lifts were out of order during my stay, which being on floor 3 just meant a bit of daily cardio exercise. I guess it may have been a greater inconvenience to guests on the higher floors. Also as a direct result of this and having to use the stairs each time, I found the light sensors were quite slow to react in switching on, which on an enclosed stairwell in the dark was a bit disconcerting initially. I'm sure they can be adjusted for greater sensitivity. Overall would certainly recommend.

O da dört kişilik bir aile için biraz dardı, kahvaltı paketleri kişi başı oldukça iyiydi ancak son gün kahvaltı paketlerimiz gelmedi, iletişim kurup istememize rağmen unutuldu diyerek ,özür dilediler ama durumu telafi için hiçbir şey yapmadılar. Otelin konumu harika, her yere ulaşılabilecek en orta noktada

Good size clean room and location. Not next to metro as advertised but short walk. Nice cooling AC. Breakfast good but didn’t always get what ordered. Good pastries, fruit and juice (except peach). Not a yogurt fan.

Clean and good stay overall — but the shower wasn’t always hot, the room temperature was never cold enough, and non-dairy milk was in short supply. Also, due to the location on a pedestrian walking street, taxis can’t reach the front of the building, which is fine if you’re travelling light. We weren’t, so we had to drag our cases uphill for two blocks. Pre-registration upon arrival was challenging because we couldn’t receive the verification code on our mobiles, but we could contact staff via WhatsApp upon arrival through their wifi. Lockers and laundry were convenient.

Ubicación, limpieza, habitación con utilidades y cómodida fueron excelente, lo unico que el sistema de aire acondicionado es controlado y no puedes ponerlo a gusto para poder dormir placenteramente.

Infelizmente os dois elevadores apresentaram muitos problemas, parando por diversas vezes com passageiros dentro e culminando com a parada total de ambos, tivemos que descer com as malas pela escada. No mais tudo certo, quarto e banheiro ótimos. Espero receber alguma bonificação pelos problemas que passamos nos 3 quartos. Grato

A poor experience. The room wasn't cleaned during my 4 day stay. One or both of the two elevators were out of service most of the 4 days. When I saw a room person and asked for some more coffee pods (there was only decaf in the code-entry "Essentials" room), they said yes - and then didn't deliver. There is a terrace and tiny pool, but it's a bleak place and no-one uses it. Would not recommend.

Good location and theoretically a nice enough place…but the water went out on the first night of our planned 3 day stay there. After 24 hours of no water (ie no shower, no toilet) we left. Calls and messages to the company were left unanswered during this time and I was left with no recourse but to just leave. Checkout QR code would error out. No response until after my originally planned check out time (2 days later). And then they asked for proof that I’d spoken with someone when I asked for a refund. (Hard to do when they don’t answer their phones or reply to messages as there is no one on site.). No refund offered. This company is a joke and does not care about its clients.
